    they gave me two right shoes. both right feet. I went in and pointed the ones i wanted and told them my sizes and opened the box to this.

    Thought that by spending $40 on a pair of shoes for my son that they'd last him the entire school year. ONE month and the adhesive and stitching holding the Velcro together is completely separated and peeling apart, what poor quality shoes. Will never shop here again, Walmart $10 shoes are better quality than this

We tried many shoe stores, and time after time we ended up donating her new shoes to a charity because they didn't work out. I can't remember where we learned about Footwear etc, but by the time we found it and went there, and parked in the back as they recommended, I must confess that I was not hopeful. But when we walked into the store we were met by a very capable sales person who sat us down (well, I stayed back because I didn't come in to buy shoes) and talked to my wife until she figured out what would work. We took 2 pairs of walking shoes home with us and ordered a third. They were all the same model, but different patterns and appearances. The brand was one that I had never heard of, "Topo", but it fit my wife's foot perfectly and made her feel much safer when walking outdoors. While I was waiting, I noticed a pair of shoes that were a brand I had read about (Kizik). My son is in the fancy sneaker business--he sells high end Nike SB Dunk shoes and likes it when I wear those--but I decided to get a pair of Kizik shoes anyhow. They work well for me, but I only wear them on days when I know I won't see my son or his children, who would rat on me for not wearing Nikes.

The girl on duty has a guest assistant manager whoever she was took a picture of them and sent it to the manager in the Del Mar store that took a few minutes. The manager in the Delmar store who manages the Encinitas store basically said they were warned too much, which is absolutely not true. I wore them three times. I also looked at the soul. There was no evidence of the soul wearing down or the inside of the shoe at this point, I'm out $165. I'm very upset and I will never shop there again and I'm gonna tell my family not to do business there. I have bought other Birkenstock shoes at another place and they were absolutely amazing after I wore them a few times, they did let me return them and I got what I needed. Shame on you.!!!!!!!

I went to the POWAY location and returned my shoes. They had my correct Size in the store but I declined to buy theM because they had VERY OBVIOUSLY been worn. The employee offered to clean them for me which I thought was a little weird. I don't know about you, but I'm not paying $85 for used shoes. So I went ahead and purchased another pair online and they arrived in three days. (See images) What are the chances They tried to sell me another obviously used pair? Filth! When I took them to the POWAY location they were very nice and refunded my money. The employee explained that their policy is to just clean the dirty, used shoe and resell it for the new price-- and that my particular pair of shoes came from STORE 697. The ENCINITAS location. It was explained to me that the employee at that store , (employee number 295956) who prepared the order didn't clean the shoe before they resold it to me for the new price. I've been a rewards member for years And have been shopping at famous footwear my whole life. That ends today. Order from an honest seller. Reselling dirty shoes for new prices is not only unhygienic but it's unethical and bad business practice. I'm Disgusted that I've purchased ALL of my kids shoes through this company. Note: this has also been sent to corporate. I'm going to shout this from the roof tops.

My wife, who has…read morenot ordered any Allbirds for six years just purchased two pairs of shoes, and they were too tight on her toes therefore she returned them. She received an email that her order was "flagged" and she subsequently received an email that stated the following: --------------------- Hi xxxxxxx, This message is regarding your return for order 64xxxxxxxx We apologize for any confusion or frustration this may have caused. Our records indicate that your return request has been flagged. As a result, our system has automatically voided your request, as is in line with our return policy. At this time, we are unable to override this decision. For more information about our policies, please review our Terms and Conditions. ------------------- My wife subsequently called AllBirds customer service and they told her that because our household has had a number of returns that her order is not eligible for return. My wife has not ordered AllBirds shoes for over six years and she's being told that she's not able to return her shoes because our household has returned too many shoes?! I have exactly 10 pairs of AllBirds shoes at this time, making this the primary brand of shoes that I own and wear (see photo below showing proof of all of the Allbirds I currently own). Yes, I often times order three pairs of shoes because I'm unsure on the color and fit and often times when I order three pairs of shoes I will return one and keep two, even though I was only planning on keeping one pair. This is absolutely and wholeheartedly absurd that Allbirds would be flagging our orders due to excess returns and refusing to return my wife's unworn shoes! In fact, we just ordered two more pairs of slippers from AllBirds two days ago as Christmas presents for both of our fathers. Every time I have returned Allbirds' shoes, they have never been worn outside, and I simply have worn them around the house to get a feel for them to see if I like them and if they are comfortable. Every pair of returned shoes has been in perfect condition without any evidence of wear and absolutely never worn outside. I can tell Allbirds right now that I am completely DONE with AllBirds and I will be giving ZERO further business to this company. I am so furious given the amount of money that I have invested in this company and this is the end result of that commitment to Allbirds. I will also be telling all of my friends and family who also purchase Allbirds about this experience and encourage them to discontinue further support of AllBirds.  I have nothing further to say other than I am so disappointed to the fact that I want to throw all of my Allbirds away. I detailed everything above to Allbirds' customer service and they neglected to even respond. I warn other Allbirds customers of this potential outcome if you buy shoes from this company.
