Horrible customer service! I will start by saying I love Croc's and already own many and often give as gifts but will never buy another pair and will share my 2 experiences at this store with as many people as possible. I went to the counter to purchase a pair that were clearly marked with a price. They rang up for $5 over the marked price and the cashier said they must have been marked incorrectly, they were all marked the lesser price. When I asked her to give them to me at the marked price she refused. She was not polite or apologetic about it at all. She replied "do you want them or not". Against my better judgement I purchased them along with another pair on clearance. Upon returning to my room, I realized I made an error and purchased an incorrect size on the clearance shoes. Less than 24 hours later, I returned to exchange for the correct size. I was told there's absolutely no returns on clearance. I was never told that at the store at the time of purchase. He told me to look at my receipt as it was clearly on my receipt. Upon looking at my receipt, it did say no returns on clearance items. However, I was not trying to return them for my money back, but merely trying to exchange for the correct size. I explained that they clearly had not been worn and I was not returning them, but would just like to exchange for the correct size. He stated that this was company policy and I should've read my receipt. My interaction today was with a team lead, which was extremely disappointing. Apparently, this Carlsbad, crocs store has an abundance of customers and customer service is not a priority. Two horrible experiences and I will not be returning. And now I am stuck with shoes that do not fit and can never be used. read more

I stopped by this Croc store while I was shopping at the Carlsbad Premium Outlets this past week, since Crocs are fairly comfortable - and you can wear them almost everywhere! My one and only pair of Crocs were part of the giveaway they were giving to healthcare workers during the pandemic a few years ago. That red pair of Crocs was finally starting to show it's wear after years of dependable service! The selection here is decent - much more fun than solid colors - there were different styles, including I imagine, licensed characters from Disney (Stitch!!!), and Baby Yoda. There's even a section where you can buy little trinkets/toppers (I don't remember their official name) - but they are different designs that have a dented bottom, that you can push into the holes on your Crocs to decorate them further. Pricing was decent - since it was an outlet store, there were a few promos going on - mostly if you bought more than a pair. read more

Well First I was thinking of a place to buy some Crocs and not to expensive . Well I thought of the Crocs outlet in Carlsbad . So we went there and it does not open until 11:00 on Sundays so we got here a bit early and waited . So it hit 11:00 and the store did not open yet . But it eventually opened a couple minutes later . As we walked in we look around and I was surprised at the prices quite expensive and knowing it's an Outlet I would be thinking it would be cheaper !! Guess not !! I see on there website buy one and if you buy two you get 40 Percent off so I asked the associate working and she tells me it's only online . Wow sure sucks !! But they did have some Crocs for sale but the prices are high !! As we look wall to wall . They did have a huge selection of Crocs and little accessories you can put on the Crocs but was 4.99 a little expensive also !! Overall experience was so so and I hope they bring down the prices because they do seem more expensive than Nike Shoes !! But hopefully next time around They Will have more Specials and discounts !! read more

The selection at the store is strong!! The staff is super helpful. I lost count of how many times and how many different staff members asked if I needed help, or was finding everything ok. Such a delight! I came here on a mission! One of my friends wants a particular croc. The cowboy boot croc!!! Sadly it's not something they carry in store, so the search continues. They had a bunch of sales! I saw crocs for $24! Which I think is a great value for a pair of shoes! They even had a promo if you bought multiple pairs. I did end up getting a croc slide, and a cute gibbit..that's the charm that goes on the shoe. The staff helped put it on the show for me, which again GREAT SERVICE!! I did see a sign at check out that they offer discounts to first responders, with ID. Which is super cool! The item I am still thinking about, Crocs Bags. I can see these being phenomenal beach bags, or kids toy bags when you're on the go! They would clean up in a hurry and can be chic or beach casual based on how you style it. Stop in. One of the male workers at the cashier sold me a bag without notifying me that it was a bag that I had to purchase without offering a paper bag as an option. The choice of words he used made it seem like I could only get a bag if I payed for one. "Do you want a bag for 99 cents?" Assuming I had to pay for a bag instead of getting a normal paper bag, I felt like I got scammed and when I asked for a refund no more than 30 mins after, I was notified that it was final sale. I was also not told this at the time of the transaction. It made me really upset that they were not trained well with their customer service and needed to properly communicate that the bag was a paid product and cannot be refundable. Was going to enter the store today with my niece until the door monitor stopped me and said RUDELY "you have to wait in line" umm duh obviously I know if there is a line I must wait but there was no line and there were 3 people in the store shopping and the sign on the door clearly stated 11 people were allowed at a time. This store is overpriced considering it's an outlet. Many of the models of shoes are more than what you pay on the Crocs website. Selection is as bad as you would expect at an outlet for common sizes. Don't get suckered into buying from here. Get them online or at Nordstrom Rack in San Marcos. read more

I came here 2 weeks ago looking for a crocs sandal for my 2 year old granddaughter. As soon as I came in, I was greeted by one of the staffs and on my left the sandals on display attracts my attention. It was a combination of red and black. It was really cute and the name Crocs is on the left side of the sandal. Original price is $30 but I only got it for $25 because of my 25% OFF. There were lots of designs but this one caught my eyes. I really like them for my granddaughter. Staffs were very helpful and always there to help. So all in all I'm satisfied with service. read more

A staffer came up to a customer and rudely demanded that they were a mask. One of them said they didn't have one. She came back with a mask that was not in a sealed bag, but in her sweaty palm. She then demanded that this customer wear that mask. I wouldn't, how disgusting is that. Then she(the girl with purple hair) demands they leave or she'll calls security, because one of them are pointing out that is unsanitary to hand out a mask that is not sealed....I heard them talking about buying two pairs of shoes after they left and they were taking about how people just need to show kindness and not being rude would have saved the sale. We received very poor treatment from the employees and management at this location. We walked in and were minding our business in the back of the store. We had been shopping for 20 minutes, when they rudely asked one member of our group to put a mask on (this member did not have a mask on their person). A minute later she returned with the manager demanding, very rudely, to put a mask on or leave the store. She then asked, "Do you need a mask?", and our group member responded politely with "Yes, please. ", she proceeded to the back to get one. She returns with a mask, NOT WRAPPED IN PLASTIC, and handed it to the individual WITH HER BARE HANDS. We then asked "How is that any more sanitary than this person not wearing a mask? They refused to answer the question. I brought many shoes from this store in the past 5 years since my daughter was born and always had great experiences, until recently. I brought two pairs of shoes for my daughter during the Labor Day, was told I can exchange different size in 60 day if don't fit. I went home after had my daughter tried. It was a little small. 5 days later I went back and tried to exchange for a larger size. The same style the blue color doesn't have the size, so I exchanged for a less popular pink one. I was told since the promotion was over I have to pay for the difference for the exchange. Honestly I was shocked. And I asked to speak to store manager . A young sales lady coming out said she was the acting store manager and spoke in cold manner and unapologetically said because of the color difference. I have to pay for the difference during the exchange. To me, it is not about the money, it is about a trust between the store and its customers. This event certainly breaks the trust relationship. The store and products becomes no better than what you get from a street vendor. In the future I would avoid to go to the store. read more
