Had the manafacturers rep come out five days later and was told they would be replaced within a week...three weeks later they arrived and had Reico install same. upon there completion trim was also installed off center and didn't extend into the wall. defective cabinets were again installed in which caulk was used to apparently address the issue. Two months later I am still trying to have my issues addressed by Reico. Run and run as fast as you can...I have never seen such poor service or quality in my thirty plus years as a builder.....

We found the them the be extremely knowledgeable and even found a miscalculation on cabinet placement for a dishwasher alcove. (which was quickly fixed prior to installation of countertops and would have been a nightmare had it not been caught beforehand) Countertops were installed in record time and look amazing. From countertop measurements to installation took less then 2 weeks and only 4 hours for the day to install. We chose classical white quarts with the large single bowl sink with zero radius edge corners. We love the gray veins throughout the slab and how true to white the white really is. In photos you'll also see the matte black, Moen faucet with soap dispenser and gray shaker style cabinets. Completely satisfied with our purchase and could definitely recommend to family and friends. P.s. will be tilling wall and add floating shelves along with new appliances to complete Reno. (Work in progress)

the guy at the parts counter went above and beyond for me today when I walked in, knowing what I…read moreneeded and the morons in the plumbing department at home depot argued with me and told me I was wrong and I didn't know what I was talking about. i told the guy at the parts dept and he helped and made it happen. one of the parts HD told me was impossible to get and I would have to spend $150 on an entire new ice maker when i just needed the solenoid component was for a manufacturer Noland doesnt sell, so they obviously didnt have the part in stock. he looked up the part online, verified it was the correct one with identical part numbers and then emailed me the amazon link so i could order it and make sure I got the right part. thats customer service right there folks. i spent a total of 30-ish minutes at the parts counter essentially building the water line T I came in for with the Noland employee. all of this for a whole $3.60 i paid them in parts. not to mention the replacement solenoid part he found me on Amazon cost me $20 with shipping, much better then $150 for and entire new ice maker home depot tried to sell me. the Noland employee went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me as their customer, helped me buy a part from somewhere else since they dont sell it, spent a good 30min with me, built a custom water line T spliter for me and for an incredibly low sale price of $3.60. i wish i could remember his name because he was amazing every person working in customer service could learn a thing or 2 from him and he deserves an award for his patience and pleasing the customer regardless of the circumstances. he should also get a raise and/or promotion. sorry my capitalization is crappy and my punctuation is as well....im tried...going on several days with very little sleep because of work needs.
