Saturday March 19th I received a call from a friend in need of a plumber. He was calling me because this is my profession but unfortunately I was out of town. I told him to sit tight and I would phone someone to resolve his issues. Enter Patrick from Valleywide Plumbing. I spoke with Patrick directly, letting him know what the issue was. I proceeded to give Patrick the needed contact information and he assured me it would be taken care of. Sunday morning I awoke to a text message from my friend thanking me for sending Patrick. He said he was prompt, professional and respectful of his home. Patrick was able to resolve his issue in a timely fashion and made sure his drain was flowing properly before he left ensuring there would no call back. Most people have a low opinion of service companies and I get it, most of them are out to screw you. It's refreshing to find a company that I can contact while I'm in another state to take care of friends and family. This company is great! It's hard to find plumbers and plumbing companies you can actually trust these days, but Valleywide plumbing has proved to me that they still exist. Donnie is our go to plumber for all our plumbing needs, whether it be a hot water leak, kitchen sink clog or leak, or ice maker line Donnie has fixed the issue and repaired in properly and in a timely manner. leaving me with no further issues thus far after he did his manic. I have recommended him to my neighbor and sister in law and they have had nothing but good things to say about him and his work as well. He is professional, honest, reliable, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgable. I just wanted to take the time to express my thankfulness for all that this gentleman has done to make all my plumbing needs a breeze! I had a clogged pipe on Super Bowl Sunday! I didn't want to call a plumber because I don't trust them or mechanics. I figured that they would gouge me! So, I waited until early Monday morning called work and let them know that I would probably be out all day. I called Valleywide; the woman that I spoke with was very friendly (especially for a Monday morning). Robert was at my house within two hours and had snaked the pipe in less than a half hour was on his way! He very friendly and easy to speak with. He answered all the questions that I threw at him. I would recommend this plumber to anyone, be sure to ask for Robert! The only bad thing is that I ended up going to work that day, thanks to the fast and friendly service! We called Valleywide Plumbing out because sewage was backing out of our bathtub! Valleywide came out and cleared the line but said they pulled back roots out of the line. Dang. But they ran a camera through the line and showed us where the roots were coming from and gave us a price on repairing the drain pipe. We called 2 other groups of course to make sure but in the end Valleywide was almost $1,000 less than the other lowest plumber. They did the work without any issues. They were easy to work with (even though it wasn't exactly what I wanted to spend money on) and they were professional and courteous. Will definitely use them if I ever have plumbing problems again. I have recently started using ValleyWide Plumbing for some commercial buildings I take care of. We had 2 back flow preventers that were diagnosed by another so called reputable plumbing company and they stated that both were in need of replacement. I was given Valleywide's number for a second opinion and am I ever so glad I contacted them. The technician (Casey) they sent out was amazing. She diagnosed the problem on both units and informed that they could in fact be repaired. Casey repaired both units at a significant savings to us. Lots of integrity here. read more

I had a small leak in my bathroom and valley wide plumbing was quick to help me out. The plumber they sent was nice and did a good job. Unfortunately, the leak caused some water damage and Valley Wide Plumbing referred me to a company ADT Restoration to restore the damage. I had more problems with ADT restoration than I care to list here, but BE WARNED!!! Valley Wide plumbing and ADT restoration are closely related and if ADT Restoration is recommended for your restorations you would be wise to find another company to work with. read more

I had a horrible experience with this company. They initially came out to rooter a clog in the tub that was not draining correctly. After they finished I found they had caused damage to the drain and it would need to be replaced. They were willing come back and replace the drain due to the damage but were consistently tardy during the process and were very rude. I would not recommend this company. read more

The price was better then a lot of other places that was called when doing research in trying to find a good plumber. Valleywide was called to find a leak on a water line at a Bank. Donnie and his crew worked hard digging through tree roots to find not just one leak but two. They worked until after 2AM so that the Bank could reopen the next day. Employees like Donnie and the guys that were with him give Valleywide a good name. read more

Water Heater died, Scott in customer service helped with working with the manufactures warranty and the installers Matt and Jay dealt with Lowes on a new unit. they all did a great job and we now are back up and running with all the hot water we need. Would recommend and use again read more
