Pretty damn good flavors and they can make em crispy or saucy if you ask. Ive been here maybe a few times and never had a problem w the flavors or wings themselves the only problems ive had are weird change or wings missing problems on one occasion i ordered a 20 and a 15 piece, when your about to pay they show you box and ask if everything looks good, most people just assume "yea cool great" but on a few occasions ive arrived home and halfway through eating have noticed that instead of a total of 35 wings i was shorted (10 full a**) wings and other occasion 5 wings. Hey the wings are so good and awesome i forget that i didn't receive up to 10 wings i payed for. i usually feel stupid bc this place shows you the wings and asks if everything cool, but when you in a hurry usually the average person wont count all 35 but what are you gonna do? call em when your 20 wings deep and realize theres hella wings missing? just count them good next time you go people. wings 9/10. read more

We were in the mood for wings, but not in the mood to leave the house after just moving furniture in. We head off to search reviews and found Valley Wings. Not disappointed at all! We ordered parm garlic, Cajun dry, honey BBQ and Korean BBQ. All were fantastic! We had them delivered by Door Dash and they arrived fresh, hot and perfect. Will definitely make this our wing spot. Can't wait to go in and try all of the flavors and check out the place in person. Try it out. I 100% guarantee you won't be disappointed. If you are, you have no appreciation for good wings! read more

Hands down the best wings I have ever had in my life!! I went last night for the first time and the owner was extremely generous! He did not hesitate to welcome my buddy and I with a smile and so many options on what to eat and what to get. The quality of the wings and the ingredients are super fresh. The wings here are amazing! Hands down the best wings in the valley. Great customer service. This place really cares about its customers. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Quincy, who always hooks it up. The lemon pepper wings are phenomenal. This is a must try wing joint in Phoenix. read more

This place is the bomb. Honey hot wings and loaded fries are the way to go. Great job!!

The wings had a decent flavor. The staff was very nice, but the location was horrible. The floors were extremely dirty, in particular the area where they cook. It was very unappetizing to see this. So disappointed. read more

We had the traditional mild sauce which was exactly as it is back home in Buffalo. The wings were cooked to perfection--crispy on the outside while moist, tender, juicy on the inside. The sauce is an integral part of the wing, as it should be. The service was overly friendly and professional. You can tell they take great pride in their work, and it shows. We highly recommend this place! read more

Amazing wings! Great staff! Ordered 30 wings and the chicken Alfredo fries. Hard to pick a favorite. Highly recommend.

Like no joke these wings are awesome. Super flavorful and delicious. They even have OG kool-aid. I must say the Cajun flavor wings are the best and the lemon pepper are a close second. read more

Wonderful service and great wings in the valley by far. Love it and will return. Also, love the option of having my wings baked instead of fried. I do truly recommend this place. They have great variety of sauce choices. read more

This is a Chicago feel restaurant , with the old school feel. The wings were a little overcooked for my liking. But the valley sauce was the boss. The young lady at the counter was very pleasant. The owner has a nice countenance. I would give them another try. read more

I went there today stood in front of the register , made multiple times the cooks and register lady looked and me . Refused to take my order when I haven't even said a word. I stood there for 15 mins with no one in front of me and you didn't serve me because of the color of my skin there is no reason you couldn't have taken my order . Or at least said we will be with you in a min but nah you guys are trash I didn't even get to order food . read more

Great wings and customer service. Wings made from scratch great local family operated business. They get my vote for best wings.

Girlfriend and I went to try it. Drove from Glendale so it was a bit of a drive, totally worth it! The girl working the front was clearly irritated and short with us, so I was a little off put at first. When the food came it made it all worth it. Boneless honey hot wings and valley both amazing flavor! Definitely will be back. read more

RUN, DON'T WALK to Valley Wings the next time you want some delicious wings! My boyfriend and I stopped in tonight to try it after seeing them on Instagram and let me tell you, we were not disappointed. We walked in and were slightly confused by the setup, as it's not immediately clear if you order at the counter if you're eating in. The friendly staff guided us back to the counter where we ordered. The nice man let us get 3 different flavors with our 15 piece boneless order because we were first timers (usually it's 2 flavors). We ordered buffalo, Cajun, and garlic Parmesan. We also got an order of fries. The staff also gave us a surprise order of their garlic pita bread (my boyfriend's favorite part!) as we waited. Our food came out in about 10 minutes, which was awesome. It was nice and hot and DELICIOUS. I am a small person who usually doesn't eat very much, but we finished the entire meal. I couldn't stop myself from eating what I thought we would surely have leftover to take home with us. The next time we want wings, we will be back!!! read more

This place had super cheap wings and a great daily special. Not to mention the BEST mango habanero sauce for the wings and a staff that's all young and fun (: awesome read more

They Lost a Loyal customer OFF TOP! When Being introduced to Valley Wings. My spouse and I came to this place on a regular basis. Never had a issue. Believing since they "Petray" to come off with good customer service, you'll think if its a problem with your food they would fix it ( which plenty of time we've asked for well done/Fried HARD ) & the Chicken has been PINK! Which is very Upsetting and unsettling with stomach & even lost of appite! WE go in there on Friday 5/24/2019 travel 20miles to order 4 Ten peices that's 40 wings that's was asked to be fried hard/well done. Which only ten wings out of 40 was fried hard. We called immediately to inform them about the minor complaint just letting them know basically like look " we come here alot so we just letting you know how we precisely requests our chicken to be. Now the last few times going, we had to let them know, but also we had the time to sit while they cook it over , right then in there, which was appreciated of them doing. Now, Never asked for a refund or received any extra nothing until we took an employee there and their food wasn't how they requested. Out of 40 wings ten in each box 30 was not how we expected it. I tried to make it better by switching my wings with my friend so she can be satisfied, but she order (valley sauce /limon pepper) I had buffalo sauce /limon pepper) we had to accommodate her by it being her first time being there we didn't want THEM "VALLEY WINGS" To look Bad! WE wanted her to have the same experience when we FIRST CAME. When we called The Owner Stated he will compensate are whole order. @which we gave AloT of credit thinking that they was doing good customers service! So 4 days LATER DUE TO THE FACE WE DON'T LIVE ON 19TH AVE COMING FROM 107th & Peoria! Which was stated to the Owner at the time of call! We came to receive our chicken and the manger Bytch Azz act like we " his Loyal customers " that spend $40-60 every time we come! Like we tryna get Free CHICKEN! The manager with the grey hair stated He already gave my friend 10 pieces she came and got hers (The bad thing about it he never even seen her face!) we the ones who comes in to PAY! So now we want free chicken??? Very insulting! when we only came to get our order that stated by the OWN THAT HE WOULD RE-DUE. Which we stated we stay to far, so next time we in the area we'll be there which was 4days later! The owner wasn't there at the time, but with the manager we highly got dis respected by him to where we're all literally arguing in this restaurant . When he could of simply called his brother/ owner and asked him what he stated. Instead he yelling at us like why didn't we bring it back! Saying we could've keepd it until we came in and they not giving free chicken and to get tf out they restaurant! When I asked for a number to speak with someone else "he stated he is the one to speak to! So we'll just see AbouT that. Then to find out that day how they pre Cook the wings made me realize I WOULD NEVER COME HERE! And I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND NO ONE ELSE TO GO HERE! I didn' read more

My husband and I were told about Valley Wings from the barber, they said they have the best wings in town so we decided to stop in. We were not disappointed we ordered the sweet chili, teriyaki, and the mango habanero. They were all delicious, the sweet chili was my favorite. The habanero is the way to go if you if you like it spicy it was a little spicy for me but a little ranch helped with that part. All the employees were really polite and friendly. The food was fresh and flavorful, definitely recommend!! read more

I visited here about a week ago and I can honestly say that I am pleased. I purchased the garlic parmesan and mango habanero wings. I also got an order of the fabulously tasty fries and pita bread. As a mater of fact, I think I may revisit them again soon. The food was fresh and very delicious. The store was clean and the workers were all very friendly and welcoming. To me, customer service is everything and they took care of the special request that I had regarding the preparation of my meal.
