The staff were rude and sarcastic. The attendant told me to come back at 12pm. I told him I had other things to do on this Saturday. His rebuttal was "Not if you don't have a car." I asked to speak with the manager. She wasn't helpful as well. I asked about other prospective location and she did not assist me. I ended going to another service center. They informed me of inaccuracy with my previous oil change. Essentially, too much oil was put in my car during the last change, which could have been called catastrophic. Valley Stream service center is horrible!!!!!!!!

    Dealer Took $400, Skipped the Work, and Left My RDX Unsafe…read more I booked a "smoke-test" appointment because my scan tool showed EVAP codes. The soonest slot they'd give me was a month out. * No smoke test was performed. They simply re-scanned the car (exact codes I already knew) and charged $230 "diagnostic." * They billed 2.5 hours labor to swap a purge valve, a 20-minute job, bringing the total to $600+. * Within 48 hours of pickup the car developed a parasitic electrical drain so severe the battery dies in two days. The timing is beyond coincidence, yet they demanded another $200 "just to look at it" * When I first reported the new problem, they said no technician was available and pushed my next appointment another month out. I now own a $55 k Acura I can't safely drive, and they refuse basic accountability. Their service desk denies, delays, and upsells, then claims they "tried to reach me" only after I posted this review. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. Go anywhere else before trusting this dealership with your vehicle. I've included a short video showing my dashboard behavior without touching anything so you can see exactly what they left me with after "service."

It took 2 1/2 hours before I decided that I was gonna check on the car, during the timeframe I was sitting there I got no update, on what was happening with the car, but this is not unusual this is the norm for this location. I asked if the car was ready. Advisor said give him two minutes 20 min passed still nothing. I got up and went to advisor he Said it's gonna be another two minutes. Finally, I got the receipt, I paid and went to the valet, He said give him a minute he need to have some move the car that was parked in front of my mine, which means my car had been done and sitting there for a while. As I left the lot, I noticed the front left tire was lower than the usual 34 it was at 31, and the other three was at 33 when it's usually @35,36. So I went back, I spoke with the attendance supervisor about the issue, I ask him if his engineer can't make sure that the tires pressure is good on a car after it has been service, how should I be comfortable knowing that my car wheels don't fall off, if they can't do a simple thing as making sure the tire pressure is good after service. He was very dismissive told me let's go outside and talk, But instead, he walked me to my car Open my door and practically sit me in the car, to avoid the complaint. On my way home, I called my husband and I told him what happened He said if they had rotated the tires, the front left shouldn't been the Lowest Pressure tier still, not possible which, leads me to believe that they never did rotate the tire. They just changed for the Service and said they did it. I do not trust this service location.
