On the first day of the year, I received an email from CarFax Care regarding a recall for the Antilock Break System Fuse on my car. This was followed up by a letter in the mail. I called Hyundai and they said hadn't been notified. As such, I said let me give it some time and check back. Every month I received a similar email followed up by a letter and would call them to verify this is pertaining to my car and to investigate if the part was available. Finally, on 4/4 when the last letter and email came in and I called Amanda took the time to research and confirm that it was related to the the model and year of the Elantra I had and proceeded to make an appointment. I was scheduled for 7:00 AM on 4/10. J arrived at 6:34 to ensure I was first in line. As soon as they opened, the car was taken in and that's when Peter broke it to me that it wasn't related to my car, only the Santa Fe. Now, here's where things took a wrong turn. There was zero accountability from the staff of Southshore . Their tone was "it's not us, it's Hyundai" but you are Hyundai. You at the Hyundai I bought the car from and you are Hyundai who I checked with for months to confirm it was related and you made the appointment and had me up at the crack of dawn, rescheduling my work day to prioritize something that didn't have anything to do with me. This continues to be my experience with Southshore. Lack luster customer service, poor customer experience, lack of leadership and structures to ensure that systems are running smoothly. When recalls are flagged, there should be a system to audit your database to see which customers are being impacted, someone should directly reach out to those customers to verify, make appointment and support them from start to finish. You cannot continue to have customers waste their time to come in for things that are not pertaining to them. That directly shows that you do not value the customer and their time and furthermore that you don't care to continue to have them as customers. Recall or no recall, I would never purchase Hyundai again, use Southshore again nor patronize that business for any reason. Just horrible!

They get a 1 star for the nice women at the front desk. Otherwise, my experience was horrible. My salesperson had little or almost no knowledge about the cars. Another salesperson salesperson yelled at me for taking a chair for my 2 yr old son to sit next to me. He made a scene in front of other customers. I was shocked & so were the customers on how rude he was. Completely unprofessional

Deceptive advertising!! Be careful! They have decoy cars to bring in buyers. Once the deal is in place they will tell you they are sorry but they were not aware the car was in the process of being sold by another sales person and will want to sell you something more expensive. I called the following day and they got caught in their lie. They told me the car was still available. They are frauds. I have reported them to BBB and Capital One because they don't deserve to be in business. They are using the following car as a decoy: vin 5NMS3DAJ8MH350268 / stock # U12386A. 2021 Santa Fe. BE CAREFUL!!!!!
