The owner answered the phone call & said auto repair shops in Inwood are all closed on Suns cuz of auto parts shops are also close. So no parts coming in means no parts getting repair. I was devastated since I wasn't from the neighborhood. I was from Queens. Very far from where I am. The owner was super accommodating in coming to the shop on a Sun when its close just to get my car into the shop. He told me he'll take care of the parts & let me know what's wrong with it & the pricing. Monday came around, true to his words, he'd let me know over the phone that it was the same as my suspicion predicted, it was my brake pads that flew off. Told me the pricing and had it fixed after I agreed to it. Got it done within the same day & I was able to pick it up around noon after being notified like about 3.5 hrs before. I was super happy with the work & the results. The service was superb and the shop owner & his son was extremely helpful and not hostile like some of the shops that I'd went to. A helpful tip .... BRING CASH! They charged u taxes if u use ur card.

I am sure they could have charged me for labor and parts etc but end up charging me for the resistor and minimal labor. Other shops would have charged me an arm and a leg and. This is a family owned shop(father,2 sons and uncle) explains the work and even give you an estimate. I am very impressed with their work and professionalism. You can trust your baby with these guys. I was in need of a vehicle and spoke to Mike at the shop and decided to purchase a Dodge Durango. When I looked at the car I noticed it had an Alpine Stereo with a digital screen in the dash. When I went to go pick up the car after I had paid for it, "Mike," lied and said the radio wasn't working. There was nothing wrong with the radio because I turned it on when I looked at the car. So, now I have the car with a cheap radio and as I'm driving to work on a rainy day all of the sudden a cascade of water dumps into my lap from the sunroof!!! The sunroof wouldn't completely close and was ajar. I got so sick of this car I ended up getting rid of it and bought a new car. At this point, I am at a loss for thousands of dollars. The car cut off right in the middle of traffic and began to have multiple mechanical issues. After buying another car I returned and asked, "Mike," why did he sell a car with so many issues? He told me that he has no information on any of the cars they sell. They just sell them and that's it. So, if you are looking for a nice car in front of their shop, my firm advice is to keep walking and go somewhere else, but they will rip you off!!!
