Stuck between a pet supply shop and deli, this place is easy to miss but once inside you'll be surprised at how much of a selection they have of everything automobile. I've been going here for pretty much all my auto parts and maintenance supplies for years. Bottom line is that if they don't have it, they can get it and usually within a day if possible. The four gentlemen that work there are great and will help you with anything you need, I've even had them dig out there huge tool catalogs to help me find special hand tools that normally you'd have to get through Snap-On or Matco. If you happened to order 4 rotors for a school bus, they'll even help you carry the to your car. Ask the guy from Napa to do that for you, I'm sure he'll just stare at you. They have one of the biggest selections of car care products I've ever seen. They carry Wix products which I'm a big fan of. I do believe they have a lathe in the back there, so if you need rotors cut they'll do that too. This place is great, the selection is amazing, and the service can't be beat by any of the chains. If you find yourself going from store to store looking for an odd part... take a gander here and they probably will have it. read more

Last minute windshield wiper issue during heavy downpour. They didn't hesitate to put on rain gear and replace my wiper blade. I was not expecting this type of service. These guys just pull up their sleeves & do what has to be done. This place is one of those stores that looks like a "hole in the wall" but they have every thing you're looking for. Place is like living photograph from the 70's. They have all the really hard to find parts and pieces for your car. I've never seen an automotive parts place have such a vast selection of OEM cigarette lighter replacements. This place is one of the few auto parts stores still around where they have almost everything you could want, and a guy working behind the counter who knows how to install it. Place is a gold mine, a true treasure. After shopping here you'll never deal with the "boy's" or the "barn's" again. read more

The guys in here are so courteous and helpful. They go out of their way to help with windshield wipers, batteries etc. If I am in need of anything for my car this is always my first stop. This is the best auto store. I was having trouble with my left front brake seizing up so I got a new brake caliper form One Stop. I installed it and it didn't really seem to fix the problem. So when I was returning the caliper core, I mentioned that to the guys. They said well, if the brake is pressing but not retracting it probably means the brake line is clogged and needs to be changed. Huh! So I got a brake line form them. and put that in and my brakes work like they are supposed to!!!! And I needed the caliper anyway because the old one had a frozen bleeder. And their prices were the same as if I ordered on the internet. Moral: Use One Stop Auto and always mention to the guys whet you are doing because they know lots of stuff and might mention a problem that you didn't even think of!!!! Right now I'm in the process of having my alternator and rear shocks replaced on my Toyota. Got to know these guys over the last few years, and now I go to them for my auto part needs and guidance instead of going online! Excellent customer service all around, and I look forward to seeing them each visit. They genuinely care about their customers. My wife told me about them because throughout her years of driving, they always went out and changed her wiper blades or other misc items where possible. And they do that for everyone. Coming from a family of "body work" men, and growing up with my father (and now brother) working in autobody repair and owning a business, I've developed an eye for businesses that know what they're doing and know how to treat their customers right. I only found these guys because I needed a last minute oil/filter change, and I'm so glad I found this spot. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, the work they do is on point, they're honest with the time it will take to get the work done, they'll help you save a buck or two if it's possible, and they don't waste time. Heck, even their waiting room is kept clean and well stocked with plenty of magazines of every type to keep you busy (my father always took pride in keeping the waiting area clean..."If that's what your customers are going to see, you should make sure it looks good"). This is one of those hard to find small businesses that respect their customers and take pride in the work they do. Whenever I need anything done for my car, I go out of my way to bring them my business. This is a local "small business" that every community should have and support. Don't waste your time or money on a franchise auto business if you have the opportunity to take it to these guys instead. They won't let you down. I look forward to giving them future work.
