Terrible location. I came here because a car part was needed. The cashier told me to look for the item which was fine at first. Then I had to go back and ask a second time if they can help me find the part. To my shock and disappointment the cashier was rude and said go look it's over there with an attitude. I do go back a second time to look and it wasnt where it was stated. I left the location because I didn't want to get angry simply because this cashier didn't care that I needed a part for the car. I would never recommend this location to anyone that is in the area. I wish I would have gotten the cashier's name but I was too angry to look because of the amount of rudeness that was given. read more

I came here because I needed a new battery for my car. I saw online that they had a 20% discount. But this was for online orders only. Then I tried to order it online and they said that it would be for shipped items only. This is very frustrating especially because you can not to ship batteries. The staff was friendly and helpful. My son waits until the wiper blade is metal on glass so it was time to get new blades. As soon as we walked in a scruffy looking guy asked us if we needed help. I told him we were looking for 18" wiper blades for a 2003 Ford Explorer. He knew right away that was the wrong size and confirmed that after he looked it up on the computer. He pointed out the wiper blade area and we picked up a couple of blades but then I went back into the parking lot to check the type of arm, it was a J hook, and I took out the old blade to compare with the new one. Meanwhile Mr. Scruffy ran outside in the rain to help me out and another customer who was having trouble putting on a new blade on his car. He went above and beyond customer service. I wish I knew his name. The store is well organized and neat. I'll definitely return for all my auto paraphernalia. read more

Couldn't sleep so i was there at 730 am. Yikes. I needed to get wipers for my car and find out why my engine light was on. The people there are so helpful and nice. They put the wipers on for me and did the test right away. Gave me some great suggestions and were so nice and willing to describe everything to me since im a clueless yambag with cars. Nice guys here highly recommend! Gregory went out of his way on a hot day to help me put in the oil. I also asked a red headed man with freckles at check out if they honored any student college discounts he said no but wasn't mean about nor made me feel shamed for asking. These guys are really respectful and I wish more auto places was like this so I wouldn't feel so intimidated to go in as a woman. I think Gregory and the freckled guy with the rose tattoo deserve some kudos or acknowledgement. I'm about to drive from NY to OH and stopping here made my life easier! This place is the worst auto part store I have ever been... the whole staff needs to be fired, they are rude, loud and plain obnoxious idiots!!! Brought a gold duralast battery from them in May 2020 and the terminal on the battery broke off and they refuse to exchange or replace because according to them the warranty expires after 3 months, so I'm out $90 and they won't offer any type of assistance... I will never shop at any autozone ever again, I pray this place is the next business to go under, because their workers are the worst.... the district manager is a another story, plain clueless read more

I never complain on here, but I was really dissatisfied when I left. I asked the man working about scuff remover to take the scuff out of my car (which I was told by my friend who works on cars I could do along with buying paint to have my detail guy go over the scratches) and the man working pretty much told me my car was screwed and I would need to get a whole new bumper which I know for a fact I do not need to because there is no dent it is just a scrape. You would think they would want me to buy stuff at their place but he couldn't be bothered and I bought windshield wiper fluid and I was on my way. My detail guy is fixing the scrape for free as long as I provide the paint and he's been in the car business his whole life...so I suggest next time when someone comes in asking for something just because they are a girl don't assume I don't know what I'm doing read more

Maybe the guy had a bad day and me walking in was stepping on his last nerve but he was rude and dismissive when I asked if they had a part in stock. It went like this: ME: I checked online and just called can I get this part. Clerk: Nope we don't have that. Other clerk: Maybe it was put on hold in the back. Great store with great employees. I had trouble finding a part and an employee noticed and asked if I needed help. Not only did he find the part very quickly, he offered to install the part in the parking lot for free. I was very surprised but after I paid the employee came to parking lot with a tool box and installed it for me. read more

I went in to get a headlamp so I wouodnt get a ticket (I don't live anywhere near here, happened to drive by). The guy gave me a packet of "bulb grease" to squeeze into the terminal and a rubber glove so I wouldn't touch the bulb bare-handed which evidently shortens its life because of the oils on your finger. Which explains why the bulb I was replacing didn't lasts very long. The man only charged me for the bulb& wished me a good day. I wish ii lived closer to this store..... read more

On possibly the coldest day of the entire year my battery dies in my car. I barely made it and rolled into AutoZone parking lot. The young guy who helped me at the counter was VERY helpful. He told me exactly what I needed & found it for me. I felt terrible but I had to ask him if he could put it in for me as my car was dead and I couldn't leave without it, and without any hesitation he put on his jacket and stood outside in the FREEZING cold temps putting in my battery. He was out in the snow & wind for over 30 mins without 1 single complaint and was very courteous the entire time. This employee really saved me on one of the worst weather days of the year without a single hesitation. Very grateful customer. read more

I went to the store one morning before work when my battery died. I thought that it would be quicker to replace the battery myself rather than going to my mechanic. When Tom Z. realized that I was going to install the battery in the parking lot (in my white shirt no less!) he insisted on installing it for me which included removing the old battery and carrying it into the store.
