I needed transmission fluid and a funnel with a long hose to fill the fluid. The prices were way less than Amazon. And, Dylan offered to check the fluid level and put in the new fluid and recheck. He was so kind to offer and he knew exactly what needed to be done. I was amazed that he took the time and was kind and knowledgeable throughout. Great job, Autozone, for hiring such a find young man. read more

Super helpful . Needed new windshield wipers. They not only found the correct ones for my 2024 Kia Sportage but he even installed them for me (in the rain) ! How sweet is that ! read more

1/26/25 I think the woman's name was Brianna. She was so amazing knew her stuff put new windshield wipers on for me. (I gave her a tip, of course,) and she found the correct antifreeze cap that I needed for my car. So friendly, so professional and so helpful five stars for Brianna. read more

Having nice people work there - not people who try to make you feel like an asshole if you're not sure of what you're doing and ask a simple question. I would rate zero stars if I could read more

Terrible location. I came here because a car part was needed. The cashier told me to look for the item which was fine at first. Then I had to go back and ask a second time if they can help me find the part. To my shock and disappointment the cashier was rude and said go look it's over there with an attitude. I do go back a second time to look and it wasnt where it was stated. I left the location because I didn't want to get angry simply because this cashier didn't care that I needed a part for the car. I would never recommend this location to anyone that is in the area. I wish I would have gotten the cashier's name but I was too angry to look because of the amount of rudeness that was given. read more

AutoZone Auto Parts - Auto Parts & Supplies Near Me - Bellmore, New York

Andrea from the Bellmore location went out of her way to help me today. When I had difficulty reattaching a wire on a part, I purchased for my vehicle she volunteered to come out and take a look. In no time she figured out the problem. I really appreciated her calm and positive attitude. read more

The staff at this Autozone were super helpful and friendly. Mike and Derrick helped me with a battery change and provided excellent service which is rare these days, I felt it worthy and necessary to give this location a great review as I didn't think I could have a great experience at an auto parts store but I did! Will definitely be coming back to this location if I need anything auto related. read more

I came here because I needed a new battery for my car. I saw online that they had a 20% discount. But this was for online orders only. Then I tried to order it online and they said that it would be for shipped items only. This is very frustrating especially because you can not to ship batteries. The staff was friendly and helpful. They installed the battery for me. Outside the pricing/coupon issue it was a good experience but I did take off 2 stars for that... read more

My son waits until the wiper blade is metal on glass so it was time to get new blades. As soon as we walked in a scruffy looking guy asked us if we needed help. I told him we were looking for 18" wiper blades for a 2003 Ford Explorer. He knew right away that was the wrong size and confirmed that after he looked it up on the computer. He pointed out the wiper blade area and we picked up a couple of blades but then I went back into the parking lot to check the type of arm, it was a J hook, and I took out the old blade to compare with the new one. Meanwhile Mr. Scruffy ran outside in the rain to help me out and another customer who was having trouble putting on a new blade on his car. He went above and beyond customer service. I wish I knew his name. The store is well organized and neat. I'll definitely return for all my auto paraphernalia. read more

Couldn't sleep so i was there at 730 am. Yikes. I needed to get wipers for my car and find out why my engine light was on. The people there are so helpful and nice. They put the wipers on for me and did the test right away. Gave me some great suggestions and were so nice and willing to describe everything to me since im a clueless yambag with cars. I love this place. read more

Nice guys here highly recommend! Gregory went out of his way on a hot day to help me put in the oil. I also asked a red headed man with freckles at check out if they honored any student college discounts he said no but wasn't mean about nor made me feel shamed for asking. These guys are really respectful and I wish more auto places was like this so I wouldn't feel so intimidated to go in as a woman. I think Gregory and the freckled guy with the rose tattoo deserve some kudos or acknowledgement. I'm about to drive from NY to OH and stopping here made my life easier! Very happy customer today thank u autozone-good team your manager put together in Bellmore read more

Great auto parts store. The staff is knowledgeable and will help you find what you need. They will go the extra mile to make sure you get what you need and as others have stated they will even offer to install things. read more

I go there for everything for my car. If not this location than the Massapequa Park store. Everyone's great at both.

This place is the worst auto part store I have ever been... the whole staff needs to be fired, they are rude, loud and plain obnoxious idiots!!! Brought a gold duralast battery from them in May 2020 and the terminal on the battery broke off and they refuse to exchange or replace because according to them the warranty expires after 3 months, so I'm out $90 and they won't offer any type of assistance... I will never shop at any autozone ever again, I pray this place is the next business to go under, because their workers are the worst.... the district manager is a another story, plain clueless read more

I called to ask if they had a part in stock. The employee who answered was very rude and condescending. It resulted in me not finding out the information I needed and not coming to the store. read more

This place is amazing. Phillip and Jamal were so good to me. I thought I needed a replacement for my headlight. They both came out, Philip looked at my car shook the lights around and now they are working. It's hot and humid yet they took time to look at my car. And thanks to them I don't need new lights. Philip or Jamal if u guys read this,., thank you so much. read more

I never complain on here, but I was really dissatisfied when I left. I asked the man working about scuff remover to take the scuff out of my car (which I was told by my friend who works on cars I could do along with buying paint to have my detail guy go over the scratches) and the man working pretty much told me my car was screwed and I would need to get a whole new bumper which I know for a fact I do not need to because there is no dent it is just a scrape. You would think they would want me to buy stuff at their place but he couldn't be bothered and I bought windshield wiper fluid and I was on my way. My detail guy is fixing the scrape for free as long as I provide the paint and he's been in the car business his whole life...so I suggest next time when someone comes in asking for something just because they are a girl don't assume I don't know what I'm doing read more

Maybe the guy had a bad day and me walking in was stepping on his last nerve but he was rude and dismissive when I asked if they had a part in stock. It went like this: ME: I checked online and just called can I get this part. Clerk: Nope we don't have that. Other clerk: Maybe it was put on hold in the back. Clerk: (doesn't look) Nope we don't have it, got to hempstead they might have it. Me: I checked online and called. Clerk: No, I don't think you did. I just walked out at that point. Unprofessional, don't bring your baggage to work. read more

Great store with great employees. I had trouble finding a part and an employee noticed and asked if I needed help. Not only did he find the part very quickly, he offered to install the part in the parking lot for free. I was very surprised but after I paid the employee came to parking lot with a tool box and installed it for me. read more

I went in to get a headlamp so I wouodnt get a ticket (I don't live anywhere near here, happened to drive by). The guy gave me a packet of "bulb grease" to squeeze into the terminal and a rubber glove so I wouldn't touch the bulb bare-handed which evidently shortens its life because of the oils on your finger. Which explains why the bulb I was replacing didn't lasts very long. The man only charged me for the bulb& wished me a good day. I wish ii lived closer to this store..... read more

On possibly the coldest day of the entire year my battery dies in my car. I barely made it and rolled into AutoZone parking lot. The young guy who helped me at the counter was VERY helpful. He told me exactly what I needed & found it for me. I felt terrible but I had to ask him if he could put it in for me as my car was dead and I couldn't leave without it, and without any hesitation he put on his jacket and stood outside in the FREEZING cold temps putting in my battery. He was out in the snow & wind for over 30 mins without 1 single complaint and was very courteous the entire time. This employee really saved me on one of the worst weather days of the year without a single hesitation. Very grateful customer. read more

I went to the store one morning before work when my battery died. I thought that it would be quicker to replace the battery myself rather than going to my mechanic. When Tom Z. realized that I was going to install the battery in the parking lot (in my white shirt no less!) he insisted on installing it for me which included removing the old battery and carrying it into the store. He would not let me touch anything. He truly went above aqnd beyond. Autozone has a customer for life! Thanks again TomZ.! read more
