He says you can't connect this there's no hardware back to the store. They say yeah well we you a discount on the battery have how am I gonna connect it around for the hardware I mean come on problem number two actually three problems is a two year warranty on batteries one time they denied me within two years. They said I swapped out too many batteries, even though some mechanic in the neighborhood told me that a lot of people have come to him with bad batteries and complaints about getting them at that location so they didn't honor their warranty. I tried to return this battery. They said they'd give store credit because I didn't have the receipt after a year then somebody said something in the background the next thing I was told I can't even have store my name is in system for every battery. I bought there for five different cars this place is horrible. Never will I go back?

I've been going here for pretty much all my auto parts and maintenance supplies for years. Bottom line is that if they don't have it, they can get it and usually within a day if possible. The four gentlemen that work there are great and will help you with anything you need, I've even had them dig out there huge tool catalogs to help me find special hand tools that normally you'd have to get through Snap-On or Matco. If you happened to order 4 rotors for a school bus, they'll even help you carry the to your car. Ask the guy from Napa to do that for you, I'm sure he'll just stare at you. They have one of the biggest selections of car care products I've ever seen. They carry Wix products which I'm a big fan of. I do believe they have a lathe in the back there, so if you need rotors cut they'll do that too. This place is great, the selection is amazing, and the service can't be beat by any of the chains. Today, I pulled up to Advance Auto Parts on my skateboard to get a battery for my vehicle. Upon my arrival, Billy greeted me warmly, asked me what type of vehicle I had, and went through the different battery options they had in stock. When he asked me which of the three I preferred, I jokingly remarked, "I'll take the least expensive, lightest battery you have that fits into this backpack." Realizing that I intended to skate the battery back home (a little over a mile), Ravin told me that Billy could give me a ride back to my house! I was relieved not to lug the battery all the way home, and my boss was relieved that I wasn't too late to work. These guys treated me like a friend and neighbor. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. They installed the battery (on two occasions) quickly and immediately. If you're in need of some quick parts (eg: spark plugs, battery, lights, wipers, etc) this is a great place to go. Note: they also price match which is nice.
