Pat contacted me within 10 minutes and i made an appointment for Monday 8am. I had my car towed there. They had my car done by 3pm. I was shocked. They did a GREAT job and it was a very very good price. Its been a really really hard week for me. Terrible. And they made it a LOT better. For real i got my life back. Got home and found the tire pressures were not checked and adjusted, and the fluids weren't topped off. I called and nicely told them my issue with the tires and fluids...I got no response. No well bring it on back, we'll take care of it sorry for the inconvenience, no I'll have a manager contact you, nothing. They obviously don't care. They always have my car done the day I drop it off and I need to have my car so I appreciate it. Recently on April 13 I needed new tires and brakes and they had it done for me by 5ish. I'm always pleased with the service and how my car is after they've done any repairs. They're a little bit off the beaten path but worth going to!
