This gentleman is as honest as they come. He tells you to save the tire when it can be repaired. He's a workhorse doing all the work alone and he moves fast. There is nobody else like him anywhere in this area.

Today I walked in with an appointment that I have made online the week before for an inspection and tire rotation. I received at least three emails of confirmation and reminders. I walked in 10 minutes early to my appointment to Anthony on the phone with someone. I patiently waited. After he hung up he continued looking at the computer screen like I'm not there. Being the respectful person that I am I continue waiting for him to finish up whatever he is doing so I do not interrupt. Finally he says "Can I help you?" like I'm a nuisance. I tell him I have an appointment. He tells me his inspector is booked for the day. Confused, I repeated I had an appointment. He tells me again they are booked and that their website does not coincide with what is actually available. WTF. Meanwhile today is my only day off during the week as someone with a full time job and two young children... and I had planned this entire day out around this. No apologies whatsoever. I can't believe it. I walked out saying "Thanks... for nothing." Because it really was nothing. Unbelievable. Convenience of being near the mall but I will never come back to this location but it's not like they need my business anyway. Luckily there are plenty of places that do car inspections.

So, when I went back for oil change my tire was not rotated but on paper, they said it is done. I caught the scam because I had changed only two tires. I will report this to BBB. CCTV will prove that I am not lying. Not coming back or would recommend to anyone. Not going back to Mavis at all, there are a lot of other option.

I showed up on a Saturday morning, hoping to just get an opinion about a brake issue so I could schedule an appointment for another day. I had been forewarned by a friend who is a self-declared car expert that this was going to be a major, costly job. In the end, I drove out of there after two hours with brand new rotors and pads, no more squealing from my wheels, and only a small dent in my bank account. As an "older" guy (like me), Tom is from a generation that truly appreciates the concept of holding on to cars, electronics, and other things for as long as they provide good service. Many other mechanics would have scoffed at me for still driving a 2011 Honda Element, making excuses for why they couldn't make my brakes stop catching and squealing ("You have to expect that from a 14-year-old car, sir"), but Tom treated my never-been-washed Element like it was a 2025 BMW. He's a very sociable guy, so I enjoyed chatting with him while he was working. Some might say he actually provides TOO much information, but I really appreciated how he explained everything he was doing, as it was pretty much implied from the beginning that the fix, as confident as he seemed, wasn't a 100% sure-shot. In the end, this relatively simple process of maintenance turned out to be a success, and I think he was as happy and relieved as I was. There are very few mechanics - including dealerships - that I have ever used more than once, but I will definitely be returning to Tom's for whatever my Element needs in the future.

Dude helped me put on my spare tire and told me to go to the nearest Mavis. Trusty ol Google led me to this location . Upon arrival 2 nice gentleman assisted me. One by the name of Ivan . Sorry didnt catch the other guys name. They ordered my tire and told me they would call me the following day once the tire arrived. Prior to me leaving the premise I had asked how long the process would take as I would need to come during my lunch break. Ivan immediately said he would take care of it for me and would take no longer than 30 mins. The next day Monday arrives as it was coming close to noon I called to check on the status of my tire. The front desk answered and he had me on hold for roughly 7mins. I hung up and called back again. This time dude asks me for my # and said would call me back as he was busy assisting another customer. Surely as it was close to 1240pm I called back, this time dude said my tire was still en route and will call me when said tire arrived. To my surprise dude called me back around 1pm , told me tire arrived and that I had needed to drop my car off and will get it done before EOD. I said no sir I was advised my tire would be fixed within 30mins. He replied he was just calling me to tell me my tire had arrived ans that I needed to drop my car off as they were swamped. Didn't wanna argue I drove to Mavis. Paid for my tire and explained what was promised to me again FINALLY I saw Ivan and he assisted me right away. Thank you Ivan for your excellent service! I made it back to work with 10mins to spare before lunch was over. Kudos!

Even if 1/4 of the fantastic reviews for RCT Performance were truthful and authentic, we would have used them. But to have close to 100 FIVE STAR reviews, is a huge accomplishment. And even more amazing is the fact that they are literally across the street from our house. The communication via email with Ryan was spot on. I ordered the tires per other recommendations from Tire Rack mid morning on Thursday and they had arrived by mid day on Friday allowing my car to be serviced early Saturday morning. The price for an alignment was half of what we had anticipated and there was no attempt to nickel and dime us. My one wish ? That every task in life could be this simple and stress free. Ken and Doug were patient and friendly. Thanks again.

After calling and…read morespeaking to Ryan, the owner, he acknowledged that it was their fault but regardless he would not help me with the damage to my car and would "work with me on the next alignment." Instead of actually taking responsibility for the situation that he acknowledged his shop had caused, Ryan recommended I bring my axle to another shop to get a new boot at my own expense, and said he would not help me whatsoever in repairing the damaged axle, even if I supplied the parts. To add insult to injury, the leaking axle boot has flung grease all over my brand new suspension parts that I had installed just before the alignment. I really used to love this place, but frankly this is very unscrupulous behavior and will probably not come back after 5 years of being a customer here. Update: Just got home to find that the other axle boot was also melted the same way as the driver's side one. With labor, this is ~$1500 of damage to my vehicle, and they are not helping me with any of it.
