I walked in, he took my keys within 1 minute, had me fill out my paperwork, and I was done only a few minutes later. I barely had time to open my book. They told me the regular price but offered $55 out the door if I came right then, so of course I pulled up. The service requested was a smog check, and honestly this was probably the easiest one I've ever done. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. The quality of the work was great and everything felt quick, organized, and professional. Bella and the staff was super nice and friendly, which makes a big difference when you're just trying to knock out errands on a busy day. The overall service was smooth, honest, and straight to the point. No upselling, no surprises, just good people taking care of business. Safe to say I found my new yearly smog spot. If adulting had a fast-pass lane, this place would be it. Highly recommend.

We came in for a smog inspection on an older vehicle and ran into issues with communication and…read moreprofessionalism. We understand that smog checks on older vehicles are not always quick or painless, and that issues can come up. However, the interaction itself made the experience more frustrating than it needed to be. The gentleman we dealt with was short and somewhat flippant when explaining why the smog could not be completed due to an issue with the catalytic converter. A bit more time and willingness to explain the issue clearly would have gone a long way, rather than assuming the customer should already understand technical details. Because the issue was related to emissions, we asked about the type of repair work that might be needed to address the problem and potentially allow the vehicle to pass smog. We were prepared to move forward, but the response felt dismissive, as though our questions or business were not of interest. The price for the smog itself was reasonable, but the lack of clear communication and the overall tone left us with the impression that we were an inconvenience rather than customers looking for help. Ultimately, that confirmed we won't be back.
