Araceli helped me save $480 a year on my auto insurance…read more I spent months trying to get a better rate at my current insurance provider and to no avail. After calling into SaveDirect and speaking to Araceli she was able to find the best rate for my auto insurance while still maintaining similar coverage. I wish I would have called sooner. She was very helpful and was able to find me better rates and similar coverage in no time. I definitely recommend checking them out and asking for Araceli.

Told them I nedded this truck for work and that if anything ever happened I needed the truck replaced/fixed right away. Truck ended up getting side swiped parked in front of my house. Now they deny coverage. Told me that's they don't deal with this park there just a broker. So they can take ur money but can't help u get what they owe u. Told me they'd review the tapes of my signing documents and never got a call back. They know there wrong. End of the day I'm out of a vehicle for work had to come out of pocket to fix it and the body work won't be getting done. Thanks for nothing at all.

I asked what they could do to help me lower this cost, and there was nothing they can do so I had to go somewhere else. I don't really know how your address could dictate how expensive your premiums are especially now that my car is being parked in a garage compared to being on the street. It's really strange to me! do your research.

I hope nobody gets their money taken and treated the way I have been treated by this business. Go anywhere else! UPDATE to the comment Maria left: nobody wanted a quick fix. I knew the process. And I was NEVER refunded completely. That is a lie. I was refunded $89 for the second month. Not the down payment $250, not the credit monitoring program that I was charged twice... where are those reimbursement fees? And it wasn't 2.5 weeks later Maria. Get a grip on your lying... or be involved with your customers and their profiles. It was already two and a half months. AND as I re-call... you were good at texting but never making a phone call. And when the phone call came in... I got someone else who was NOT you. Be the "BOSS" and handle your dissatisfied customers. Anyone that would like proof of the money I sent them and what I was reimbursed I will gladly provide statements. And then text my conversations where I asked her numerous times to call me and she would not. Because in her words "nothing would get resolved." Instead of dealing with a dissatisfied customer first she had SOMEONE else call me the next day at 7pm. Which I can also provide proof. In summary, don't waste your time or money to have to go through all of this for a service any other company will be willing to do HAPPILY. Anyone can message me and I have actually found people who feel her office has just dropped the ball in aspects of their business services. I really wish someone would have warned me.
