Hooray for a new adventure park for kids AND adults!!!! This place is filled to brim with fun…read morethings to do!!! They have -Trampolines -laser tag -ziplines -warrior course -climbing wall -birthday party rooms And so much more!!! They have plenty of restrooms and individual birthday party rooms which are spacious and clean. They also have a snack bar with pizzas, sodas, popcorn and candy! This place also has massage chairs you can pay to use while your little ones run around!

Great new addition to the area! There are so many different options that you can do to play. There…read moreare bumper cars, a trampoline zone, arcade, balance beams, foam pit, a ropes course, play structure, a warrior course, climbing walls and even laser tag! Went with a large group of kids and they all had tons of fun. I really enjoyed that Urban Air had a pretty vast menu in their cafe and the pizza offering there was pretty good. The space is well utilized cramming in a lot of entertainment while also giving ample seating and walkable space. The different attractions require different passes which is nice if you don't want to do everything. My one issue that I noticed was a lack of staffing on a Tuesday morning. There were no attendants monitoring the trampolines, balance beams or play course. For the other areas there was only one which made monitoring the large amount of children present difficult. There were multiple children not following the rules, especially on the trampolines (multiple kids jumping on the trampoline run ramp which states one jumper at a time, children jumping on the same trampoline, others doing tricks despite the rules stating its not allowed and others getting stuck on the warrior course or multiple going through at a time). Of course, children will be children but just keep in mind if you're planning on attending you may have to monitor your group closely and be familiar with the the rules to keep them safe. I had to help out multiple in my group get out of the warrior course and out of the foam pits while also instructing others not in my party to take turns. Overall, this is an amazing place with some great amenities! Hopefully, there is more staff on busier weekends but just keep in mind that you'll have to monitor really closely when you're here.

Urban Air takes zero accountability for how their memberships are presented to customers. At the…read morecounter, the employee explained that the subscription could be canceled at any time and even mentioned she had seen it done before. Based on that information, I signed up. There is also pressure at the counter to make a quick decision, especially with a long line of customers waiting behind you, which makes it difficult to thoroughly read and understand the contract in its entirety before signing. After realizing the park's hours of operation did not work with my son's and my schedule, I immediately reached out by email requesting to cancel the membership. My request was denied. I also explained the financial hardship caused during the government shutdown, contacted corporate directly, and submitted a formal letter, yet they still refused to work with me. Unfortunately, this experience showed me that this park is not customer-focused. Customers are locked into a strict 12-month contract regardless of whether the membership becomes unusable, financially difficult, or was originally presented in a misleading way. PLEASE CHECK BUSINESS HOURS AND THE CANCELLATION POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING ANY CONTRACT.

I've been coming to this location for 10 months. Over the course of that time I think there is a…read morenew manager who instilled some stricter rules. Wouldn't be against these rules if it actually made sense. 1. They took away the dodgeball area 2. You can no longer sit outside the trampoline area to watch your kid. There are some parts of the trampoline area that now have a blind spot without the ability to move on the blue carpet. 3. When I asked why the change, was told the employee he didn't know. I have photos to show the blind spot . 4. I've been reprimanded for using a water bottle. I'm sorry but I'm not going to apologize for my son needing to drink water, nor am I going to buy a $4 bottle of water from you. 5. Every time my kid is in the toddler area there is an employee almost right behind him to pick up. It's beyond weird. 6. They have limited how many big balls can be out in the soccer area 7. Today I witnessed an employee tell a couple kids they aren't allowed to do backflips on the trampoline area. 8. I also got reprimanded for having my own bottle of water hidden away in my purse. 9. Basketball had been down for awhile too We have an annual membership and I can't imagine wanting to renew. This place is getting way too controlling. Here is a photo of the blue area I am speaking of where you can no longer watch your kid.
