Took our granddaughter here today it was great. Opening day for the kids air town. A little poop machine dropped a deuce on the upper level and they had to shut it down for a while, but they let us go to the jump area and my granddaughter almost killed me. Not paying that much for a chair massage though.

If I could this place 0 stars I would. Parents, listen to the reviews, this place is dirty, not well maintained and the supervision is next to non existent. Employees are clueless and rude. I was here for a birthday party. Be aware that if you book a party, there is a high probability that you will be sharing a party room with another group! Who does that? The party rooms turn over without intervention or cleaning in between. You're left to fend for yourself. Again, the place is dirty! Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else!!! You've been warned.

reasonably priced but man...this place is so dirty! we found empty coffee cups on the floor, trash, absolutely grimy. it-smelled terrible and seemed very unsafe in my opinion. No staff were monitoring.

Pikasso Swig executes this well…read moreand offers an encouraging and low stress environment to get creative for both adults and kids. You drop in and can choose from a variety of crafts (painting, wood burning, glass etching, string art, knitting, wreath making, etc) and instructors walk around and guide you through your project. If you come in a group, each person does not have to do the same craft, allowing the opportunity to explore different interests. Our group did a combo of glass etching, wood burning, and string art. Craft pricing ranges from $20-40. The food and drink menu is reasonable, offering cheese/charcuterie plates, paninis, bruschetta, pastries, wine, beer, ciders, and non-alcoholic beverages. I enjoyed the Monet - a panini with strawberries, Nutella, and Brie; it was warm and melty with a mix of sweet and salty. I am definitely not an artist but enjoyed our afternoon at Pikasso Swig and am happy for this addition to 5th Street Station!

The tiles were also not even so when placing the tiles on the coaster some were more raised than others. I'm not sure how a coaster is functional is it's not flat leveled. We ended up just not doing a craft because the other options just weren't worth the money. Our other friend did the flower pressed lamp and they didn't have very many flowers to pick from. We also considered doing the ceramic painting but all of the ceramics were very childish and looked like they were created by amateur.

The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. We were actually about 5 minutes late and rushed there, but instead of making us feel stressed, they kindly told us to take our time and not worry about rushing. That small moment really showed how thoughtful they are. My family had such a great time, the kids were fully entertained and didn't want to leave. You can tell they really care about the experience they provide. No wonder they have a full 5-star rating on Google, which is rare to see. They truly deserve it. We will definitely be back!

Note that the last check in is at 11:00pm on the weekend (at least that's what they said via phone call). They almost didn't let us in but we mentioned that we were the ones on the phone. After we all checked in, we explored each of the room. Some were super difficult, some were "easy". Each room lets you know if it's more physical, mental, or team work/ communication. Because each room is timed, I felt like I was in squid game without the gore and anxiety from pending doom. It's a great concept, especially if you go with an entertaining group looking for a fun time.

Honestly, it ended up being one of the most fun experiences our team has had! The staff was extremely attentive and welcoming! shoutout to Colin and Jake! The facility was clean, the food was good, and the drinks were cold. They also provided videos and pictures from our event, which was a really nice touch and gave us something to look back on and laugh about. I know the price may seem a little steep, especially for larger groups, but honestly, I can say that we had a great time every minute we were there. Our team will definitely be coming back, and personally, I'll be bringing my wife next time so she can check it out too! Thanks again for an awesome experience!

The first time we came it was on time and we loved the Dragon Tower escape room: it was the perfect mix of puzzle and action. This time we showed up 10 minutes early and they said they were running 5-10 minutes behind because of "cleaning issues". Well it turned into 20 minutes late so thankfully we already canceled our dinner reservations. I think it would've been fine if it wasn't $250 for a family of five for 38 minutes and the ninja trials escape room was not as exciting or interesting as dragon tower. Also one of the equipment pieces we were given was faulty so that made it less fun for one of us.

It's could be a little overwhelming at first but everything was explained so well and the entire project was broken down into easily achievable steps. And if you get stuck the instructor is right there to help you. Our instructor was Kyle. He was not overbearing or boring at all! His enthusiasm and encouragement went a long way towards making us feel comfortable. Plus he offered some expert help to make our knives go from butter basic to pointy kitchen. Some need to know info - everything is provided (protective eye wear, aprons, gloves and I did see ear plugs). They have cups and a water fountain but I would probably bring my own water bottle. There are breaks. There are bathrooms that are clean. It is very loud. It is hot. It is hard work and you will most likely be sore the next day. It could be addictive.
