Took our granddaughter here today it was great. Opening day for the kids air town. A little poop machine dropped a deuce on the upper level and they had to shut it down for a while, but they let us go to the jump area and my granddaughter almost killed me. This place used to be terrible but has recently undergone an amazing transformation and is really great now! All of the broken equipment & deteriorated foam blocks have been replaced and there is even a giant play structure with slides & a pretend town for imaginative play. I used to avoid this place at all costs because it was so run down & dirty but after our visit today I will definitely be bringing my kids back soon. this trampoline park is terrible. Absolutely repulsive and disgusting. There were no workers present, and the place specifically the foam pit was disgusting. Not to mention the little kids. They let the little kids jump around with the teens/adults without parent supervision. The kids were so disrespectful and i know that's not the trampoline park fault. But they're held accountable it because they let them be with the adults. I wish i could give this place a 0 but sadly it won't let me. I don't recommend this place by any means. And if you're a parent reading this, raise your kids right and with manners. read more

If I could this place 0 stars I would. Parents, listen to the reviews, this place is dirty, not well maintained and the supervision is next to non existent. Employees are clueless and rude. I was here for a birthday party. Be aware that if you book a party, there is a high probability that you will be sharing a party room with another group! Who does that? The party rooms turn over without intervention or cleaning in between. You're left to fend for yourself. Again, the place is dirty! Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else!!! No stars. The whole place is very dirty and unkept. The floor is so grimy and disgusting. The bathrooms were atrocious not one clean stall. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The staff were very unprofessional and down right rude. The girl working the front desk was loudly using profanity in the lobby FULL of children. They truly don't care about the safety and happiness of children or their jobs period. We had an incident that I'm not going to disclose because I'm going to upper management but I have names despite the fact they don't have name tags. Get Air needs to rethink their hiring process Instead of marketing executives and teenagers who don't care, hire people with backgrounds in childcare. Save your money and sanity go to Valley Jump instead. read more

This location is one phone call away from being shut down permanently. I have zero faith "Get Air" owners will be any better. In the last three months, i've been asked on three separate occasions (three different employees) to pay during toddler time. Had to pull up their own rules to show them one parent jumps for free during toddler time. I consistently fix several sections of the edge mats that line the wall trampolines because the spring gaps are exposed and are big enough for an an adult to get caught in let alone a toddler. 90% of the time it's absolutely filthy. Today there was a 6"x6" gaping hole a few feet from the entrance stairs that a toddler got his entire leg stuck in up to his hip bone. Last month there was a ceiling tile that got smashed (probably by a ball) that sat in a thousand pieces by the basketball court for almost two weeks. There seems to be ZERO procedure for checking the safety of the trampoline park at any time. They only worry about the "waiver" to cover their neglect. If you are unaware, the trampolines are more than a story (one floor) above the ground below them. I hope their safety nets were recently inspected, if they even have any..... read more

Overall I'd say the place is nice for the price and worth enjoying. This location is under going rebranding from an old company being here so it shows signs of renovation at the moment. Other then the lack of court supervision the facility is worth the price. Management and staff are kind and willing to help. Definitely not dirty as other reviews say. read more

Awesome place, employees were great and trampolines were very very bouncy!!! Highly recommended by a trampoline enthusiast. Edit: this place is disgusting and unsanitary AF!!!! This place is understaffed and UNDERRATED!!!! So that is why it's a phenomenal place to come with your kids. Nobody comes to this dump so you get the whole place to yourself. It's only 15 dollars an hour!!! Only downside is it makes you feel really really tired and the ball pit is pretty damn nasty?!!! So overall, this place left me with mixed emotions. The park was both awesome and disgustingly gross at the same time. Let me start with the positives. The park had an extensive trampoline area, with different shapes and sizes to cater to everyone's needs. There were foam pits to jump into, basketball hoops to dunk on, and a dodgeball ring that looked like it would be a lot of fun. But then, there was the ball pit. Oh, the ball pit. It was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. The balls were all black and brown, and it smelled like a mixture of old socks and mildew. I saw a kid diving into the pit with glee, and I couldn't help but feel a little nauseous. As I made my way towards the dodgeball ring, I noticed that the equipment was worn out and in need of repair. The balls were deflated and the foam padding around the ring was ripped in multiple places. Nevertheless, I decided to give it a shot. It was chaos in the ring. Kids were screaming and dodging balls left and right. The thrill of the game was exhilarating, but I couldn't help but notice the smell. It was like a mixture of sweat and dirty socks, and it seemed to linger in the air. Overall, the trampoline park had its good moments, but the bad moments far outweighed the good. The ball pit was a health hazard, and the dodgeball equipment was in need of repair. It's a shame because with a little bit of upkeep and maintenance, the park could be amazing. But alas, the owners seemed to be more focused on making money than providing a clean and safe environment for their customers. It's a shame because the potential is there. If only they would invest a little more time and money into the upkeep of the park, it could be an amazing experience for everyone. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this trampoline park to anyone. The health hazards are too great, and the smell is unbearable. This place was a disaster! It was absolutely disgusting and needed a deep clean so bad that rats would not even think about living there! The trampolines were a little damage. There were barely any workers, and the ones that were there were very rude. The amount of children's parties were crazy! The little kids were WILD. There were two parties in the jungle gym so no other child could go and play in it. The parents were not watching their children at all. There were a lot of toddlers and tiny children getting in the teenagers way. There is a toddler section but no toddlers in there. The teenagers would jump and accidentally fall onto a toddler or a little kid and the parents would go off!! There needs to be enforced rules on the toddler area and height ranges enforced. There should also be a different area for children at least under 8 years old. The teenagers need bigger trampolines but they can not jump on them when a tiny kid is in the way! Do better! read more

Drove here from an hour away on a Wednesday afternoon to have some fun on a day off. Everyone in my party filled out the waiver form online, then we made sure they were open and started driving. We got all the way there just for them to say they wouldn't be open for 2 DAYS! In this kind of situation you'd figure maybe you made a mistake when figuring out if an establishment is open or not but NOPE; their website says they're open and the pre recorded message when calling them says they're open 10am-8pm sun-thurs and that any questions can be answered on their website. Nothing like advertised online. Not even all of the equipment down was there. There were basically no employees around at all so kids were wrestling and taking balls from others. No snack bar only vending machines. That wouldn't be so bad if they actually worked but they didn't. We didn't even stay for the full 2 hours I paid for for my sons birthday because it was such a disappointment. When one of the moms asked me how it was I could only sum it up with ghetto. Foam pit had chunks, and I mean big chunks missing for practically every cube. My son got hurt because again no employees anywhere so other kids jumped in right on top of him. They had a section "roped" off but kids kept going for it because there's no one to stop them. No one's there cared about anything at all. Every other trampoline park we've gone to they gave the kids a sticker to tell them when there time was up but not here. Just here's your socks, bye. Never again will I ever go here or recommend it to anyone. If I didn't have a bunch of kids with me I damn well would have complained and gotten a refund but I had to somehow try to save my sons disaster of a birthday. read more

Filthy, understaffed.. literally no one was observing the trampoline areas or obstacle course. Both employees were managing the check in. One of the walls had plywood hung. You can feel springs beneath your feet in some areas, dodge ball court had only 4 total dodge balls. They turned the lights off at 7pm and turned on black lights. Unfortunately the trampolines that were once bright orange are now brown and did not glow. The jump socks did glow thank God, people were still colliding into one another because it was still dark. read more

went with my son this evening and started to play on the basketball rims and he dunked a couple then i did one dunk(did not hang from rim) and the rim broke. they then proceeded to try and fix the rim which they were unsuccessful. (no surprise since it was definitely broken) the manager then called me over to say they were gonna "look at the recordings to make sure i didn't hang, and told me to leave , forfeiting my 50 dollars after 20 minutes of jumping. the same rims have been there since "jump " was the owner and the tall rim had been broken for over a year . the place is a re named dump that has no working water fountains so you have to buy water from the machines or bring it. there was no need to kick us out we weren't being out of hand and that rim has been there forever just waiting to break. 50 bucks is a lot to just flush down the toilet for no good reason. not to mention it was my son and me there for a bday jump. poor procedure, foul smell and a dry rotting foam pit. read more
