Walking in, everything was clean and wide open. The racks of clean clothes fill the space behind the service desk. They're neatly arranged and sorted; it looks more like a department store of sorts than cleaners. They're neatly arranged have a small area partitioned off which appears to be a dressing room near a sign that states they offer alterations. The two women, sisters, who work the counter are both extremely friendly and pleasant. My first visit was dropping off a navy wool pea coat that I'd actually never had cleaned, but after spilling a large coffee on myself one day, it was pretty much forced. I've had two white dogs the whole time I've owned this coat, so let's just say it showed . When I picked it up, not only had they gotten all the coffee stains out, it looked better than brand new !!! I'll admit that I was worried about the paying upfront when I dropped off, but it was completely worth every penny!!! I'll be bringing more cleaning here very soon!

He offers great service especially to WashU students by coming to pickup/dropoff which is huge for students that may not have cars and are in the business school/business frats. Leslie exudes warmth, good humor, and cares for every person who walks through the business' doors.
