I have consistently been happy with their shirt laundry. They do a great job and correct any small problems that I've had.

This is one of my favorite local dry cleaners...why? Because they have yet to lose or damage any of my clothing. The system is computerized and quite efficient. The staff is pretty friendly and it usually takes 3-4 days (on average) to get your clothes back. Not 5-stars, because in my opinion, only a place like Marguards is worthy of the 5 star review. read more

First time customer myself, new to the area. However my parents have been going to them for so long that they were customers of theirs at the original location. I called to ask about pricing and turnaround time for shirts and also stated that I am a new customer. The friendly voice told me to go to their website and print off a new customer coupon, even though it had expired, and bring it in. I bring in 5 business shirts on Friday the 1st around 5:30pm and I wanted to get them back anytime on Saturday. I was told I could not get them back until Tuesday! I get it, closed on Sunday and the Holiday on Monday, but why not on Saturday??? I was told that they do have same day service if you drop off before 9am you can pick up after 4pm next day. So again, why not Saturday?? O, and that coupon that I was told to bring in...the two desk clerks were arguing back and forth on "to take it" vs "not to take it". I told them that I was told to bring it in even though it was expired. They finally took it, awkward.... I go to pick up my shirts on Tuesday the 5th after 4pm. They don't have my shirts. Not even in the building, even though their computer system says that they are "ready". Turns out they are at the South County location. If I want them today, I will have to go get them myself and before 7pm when they close. So, I'm now late for a 6pm appointment because I have to travel to the South County location. I get there and I am asked if I have mis-counted. I wasnt sure what she was asking me... mis-counted??? What do you mean..? I'm just here to pick up my 5 shirts. The clerk then informs me that they only have 4 shirts and that she had told the other desk clerk at the other location that information when they were on the phone together trying to find my shirts. Guess she forgot to mention that they now don't have my order complete after driving to a second location. I left with 4 shifts. I called Concord cleaners off Telegraph back and explained that now I am missing a shirt and that she knew that but failed to tell me?? I ask for a Manager to call me the next day. Next day, no call from anyone. I go to the Telegraph location again to pick up my missing shirt. Guess what? No shirt, again! Not done again,not even in the building again! "The runner didn't bring it over"/ Guess what? Not my problem. I asked why no one called me like I asked. Don't know. I asked why no one has made this right? Don't know. I tell the clerk that I will not be paying for my order of $10 whole dollars and that someone is going to have to bring the shirt to my house tomorrow because I am never stepping foot into any of your locations ever again. I have asked my parents, customers of 40+ years to also go somewhere else. The message is very clear here. Concord Cleaners wants me to go somewhere else. They had several chances to fix this, but I never even got a call. Shame on you guys. #oneanddone read more

I've been a customer for years. From simple, routine cleaning to problem stains...they do a great job. Pat at the counter is always friendly and helpful. My mom recently had her older drapes & shears cleaned at the Concord location & they came back looking great! They can do small repairs, alterations, leather cleaning, & even wedding gown preserving...I've been happy with all of their services! read more

This experience happened at the Concord Village location, but this is the same owner and manager as the Telegraph location. This business has been under new ownership for about a year. I had used their services prior to the sale of the business and been very pleased, so I took two large drapery panels in to be dry cleaned. When I picked the panels up and brought them home, I unfolded them and noticed the panels were ruined. The center layer of the curtains had been melted or destroyed by some other means and was cracked and flaking off with pieces of it falling out of the bottom of the curtains. The curtain panels were unable to be ru-hung or repaired. I returned to the store at approximately 2pm the same day. The associate was not helpful and stated that there was nothing she could do and I would have to contact the manager (Mary) the next day, as no manager was available either on the premises or by phone despite it being normal business hours. In response to my asking for at least the $52.00 cleaning fee to be refunded, the associate stated she had no authority to do so, but did inform me "there is no way she (Mary) is giving you your money back". My husband called Mary the next day and she refused to take any responsibility, return the cleaning fee or provide any compensation for the ruined drapes. Mary stated that the drapes were cleaned according to the tag on the panels. My husband reminded her that he was not present for the cleaning and had no idea what she had done to the panels, only that the center layer was intact when they were dropped off and ruined when picked up. Mary advised my husband to contact the owner, Mr. Tim Rogers. My husband attempted to contact Mr. Rogers twice by phone, leaving a message each time. Mr. Rogers never bothered to call back. A complaint was filed with the BBB and again the company has refused to take any responsibility. I now have to pay to replace the drapery panels and have to pay for a service that I was clearly dissatisfied with. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever received.
