Walking in, everything was clean and wide open. The racks of clean clothes fill the space behind the service desk. They're neatly arranged and sorted; it looks more like a department store of sorts than cleaners. They're neatly arranged have a small area partitioned off which appears to be a dressing room near a sign that states they offer alterations. The two women, sisters, who work the counter are both extremely friendly and pleasant. My first visit was dropping off a navy wool pea coat that I'd actually never had cleaned, but after spilling a large coffee on myself one day, it was pretty much forced. I've had two white dogs the whole time I've owned this coat, so let's just say it showed . When I picked it up, not only had they gotten all the coffee stains out, it looked better than brand new !!! I'll admit that I was worried about the paying upfront when I dropped off, but it was completely worth every penny!!! I'll be bringing more cleaning here very soon!

Ellen did offer to mail me a $6.00 check, but wanted to talk with the accountant first. $6.00 does not accurately reflect the actual value, nor adhere to the standards outlined in the DRYCLEANING & LAUNDRY INSTITUTE (DLI) FAIR CLAIMS GUIDE. The store is clean and more or less what you expect a dry cleaners place to look like but the service was speedy and produced a good product for a reasonable price. The two people that I intersected with vert very helpful and gave me all the info that I needed. There is a small charge for using your credit card but to dry clean my long formal dress with some beading and buttons (all stayed on the dress) a turn around time of 4 days was $16.

However, it gets the job done (and my laundry has never smelled after). It's in a safe part of town and has a convenience store right next door so you can grab a drink and a snack as you wait for your laundry as well. One of the drawbacks is that it's coin-operated only, so be sure to bring change (there's also a quarter exchange machine there if you bring bills). Another is that the detergent dispenser is often out of stock so I recommend bringing your own. There are also more industrial machines there if you have a really large or durable load. Like I said, this place gets the job done and that's all you can really ask for.
