Service-wise, there wasn't an attendant on-site, but they do have a number posted on the door if you run into any issues. Just note that only one of the two coin machines was working, so it's smart to have a plan B or bring extra change with you. The ambiance was decent--well-lit and fairly calm--but the trash bins were overflowing and could use more frequent attention. There's also very limited seating, so you might want to wait in your car or take a short walk while your laundry runs. Lastly, there were only two laundry carts available, so if you don't bring your own, you might have to wait your turn. Overall, it's a functional, gets the job done, but it could use a little more upkeep and on-site support.

This place has a new attendant and he's a little scary. If he can be believed, the owner died and left him the laundromat (not sure he can be believed, but he certainly is ubiquitous at this location), even though he claims he is already independently wealthy (he is, after all, the real Bruce Willis -- the one in the tabloids is just his stand-in). I think the attendant lives there, since he maintains a chest filled with cheese, which he drops everywhere. The incessant chatter was just annoying, and I did my best not to engage. It only became scary when he pointed out the car that "they" gave him out of appreciation for his contributions to Richmond Heights (which his father founded, according to him). It was my car. At that point, I felt it was time to make a quick getaway before he noticed me driving off in his prize, so I had to schlepp everything in one trip and make a beeline. Fortunately I only pack away the winter linens once a year. Maybe by the time I need to go again, he'll have gone back to Hollywood.

Walking in, everything was clean and wide open. The racks of clean clothes fill the space behind the service desk. They're neatly arranged and sorted; it looks more like a department store of sorts than cleaners. They're neatly arranged have a small area partitioned off which appears to be a dressing room near a sign that states they offer alterations. The two women, sisters, who work the counter are both extremely friendly and pleasant. My first visit was dropping off a navy wool pea coat that I'd actually never had cleaned, but after spilling a large coffee on myself one day, it was pretty much forced. I've had two white dogs the whole time I've owned this coat, so let's just say it showed . When I picked it up, not only had they gotten all the coffee stains out, it looked better than brand new !!! I'll admit that I was worried about the paying upfront when I dropped off, but it was completely worth every penny!!! I'll be bringing more cleaning here very soon!

However this last time I brought it in to be cleaned the very white rug came back in worse condition than when I brought it in. The edges were frayed and the white rug was stained yellow. It also had silver detailing that was completely scrubbed off the rug. Instead of standing behind their mistake and screw up they declined to replace the rug even though they should have after THEY were the ones who completely destroyed it. Safe to say I will never go back to get anything cleaned here and will make notify friends and family to not go here as well.

There are a few businesses in the strip including a Mexican restaurant. I found the lot clean as was the walk up to the door. Shockingly they were very busy and the place is huge! However it's all relative as a staff person told me this was not busy. So maybe Friday was a good time. You can bring your own detergent, softener and dryer sheets. However, if you need to purchase they offer machines with supplies. They also offer drink and snack vending. I believe there were also TV's. As well as easy to jump on WiFi with no password required. I found the only staff on premises very friendly and helpful. I needed the helpful part. She turned me onto the Dexter Pay App to pay. It was very easy to use and sends notifications on Washing status if you need to step away. The dry is included. Overall I found it to be a super value for their services. Both of my machines worked flawlessly. Delmar Loop can wash and fold your laundry and charge by the pound. Great experience and would return and recommend.

I explained how disappointed I was because when I dropped off the garments, there was no mention about having to replace the fabric of the belt loops or completely altering the back of the skirt where the zipper was. She asked what she could do to make it right. I could tell she really cares about her business and customers, as well as the quality of work they produce. I explained that there wasn't much because of how altered they both were but instead, to make sure her parents fully understood what the customer was wanting and not to be afraid to say no if they couldn't actually do it. She agreed and again, couldn't have been more apologetic. This was a learning lesson for both parties and I know how to move forward. In the beginning, she asked if she could give me a refund. I declined at first because I wasn't seeking one but instead, was really hoping something could be done about my clothes. After a few phone calls, I decided I'd go ahead and take it. Prior to this, It had been a while since I've brought something to them but because this was handled so professionally, I'll continue using them but for dry cleaning only. The dress was pretty clean but the bottom was pretty dirty from our outdoor wedding. Their service was excellent. They got it cleaned and packaged up in box within two weeks of dropping it off there. The communication they provided was excellent. They even sent a text message when the dress was ready for pickup. The quality of work was well worth the cost. The dress cleaning and preservation was $260 then they offered two size boxes. The medium box was $80 and the large box was $100. My wife's dress luckily fit into a medium box so I walked away with an out the door price of $360. I was not aware until I picked it up that the box I purchased came with a window so that you could still see the dress while keeping it packaged up and looking nice! I would highly recommend this place for all your dry cleaning needs and especially if you're looking to have your wedding dress preserved. My rating : BEST
