I've read a number of less-than-stellar reviews for this cleaners, and I'm shocked -- it makes me wonder if they're reviewing the right place! My experience at Pro Cleaners (on Bellevue in Richmond Heights) has been nothing short of wonderful, and I've been a customer since they first opened. Dry cleaning, or I should say GOOD dry cleaning, is expensive, but I find the prices at Pro Cleaners to be very reasonable for the quality service they provide. And, just recently, I asked about alterations, and the shop did a perfect alteration on a pair of trousers for only $20. I never pick up my items on time, and they never get irritable with me for taking up space on their racks, and the people who work here are always kind and friendly. What's not to like? read more

Went to do dry cleaning from Just moving in from TX and the lady asked if I wanted to pay now or upon picking up. I said now. $236 ... lol. I asked her how much for one of my wife's dresses and she said 14.99. I grabbed my things and promptly proceeded to a cleaner that didn't up charge just because I drove up in a Tesla. read more

This place cleans my clothes and they do a good job. There are a couple different cleaners around me, but somehow I ended up choosing this place and have stuck with them ever since. In addition to having them clean my button-ups and slacks, I've had them do a few repair jobs on pants and coats, and they looked good as new. I have never had any issues and have absolutely no complaints. Further, their prices are fairly reasonable and they have a relatively fast turnaround. The workers are very friendly and understanding of your request. If you're in search of a place to get your delicate clothing cleaned, look no further because they'll take care of you. I do not recommend this dry cleaner. This place is hit or miss. Sometimes your clothes are great and other times they are sub par or ruined. I am attaching photos of a shirt that was ruined by their pressing machine. They pressed a shirt with embroidery. In my opinion common sense would tell you not to use a pressing machine for this. The machine left horrible gray lines in the white embroidery. Needless to say the shirt was ruined. On multiple occasions I have taken shirts and slacks for cleaning and have gotten them back still wrinkled. When I have gone back to have said items fixed, I was told they can't get the wrinkles out. Isn't that a dry cleaners job to get wrinkles out of things? The wrinkled items are cotton or rayon. There should be no issue with removing the wrinkles. read more

this my second experience. the first experience was how rude & Marty the wife was when my husband was trying to get his pants cleaned ... we blew it off. today I called over the phone and specifically asked can I pay extra for a same-day alteration? The owner specifically told me yes if I come now at that time it was 11:40 AM central standard time. Once I arrive at 12 the wife of the owner stated that she could not do my alter alterations and was very rude and mean she did not want to get that her husband told me to come. very rude, and African Americans. read more

I don't dry clean things often enough to know what constitutes good prices, but from my limited experience it did not seem exorbitant. When I do dry clean things it's frequently somewhat unusual or heavily stained items (eg, really gross lab coat, floofy multi layered dress, etc) and they've done a great job. read more

This is a nice, reliable dry cleaners located in my neighborhood. It is owned and operated by a very nice couple. I have only used their services twice so far and they have done a great job. I can't really give them 5 stars as I just haven't used them enough (or really dry cleaners in general). I recommend them if you're in the area. Comparatively Pro Cleaners does an excellent job with reasonable prices & extremely courteous & prompt service, It is NOT a "one price same day-sloppy" service as some cleaners are in other cities. This place was FABULOUS! I had a horrible at Dry Spot Cleaners in Brentwood (you can see my 1 star review there). I did more research on Yelp to find someone to fix my jackets that Dry Spot had totally messed up. I took them to PRO CLEANER on Bellevue. The woman who owned it was very helpful, and they cleaned them perfectly! Fixing all the mess that Dry Clean Spot had made.... The jackets looked brand new!!! They have a client for LIFE! Yes, it was a few dollars more, but well worth the longer drive and the $$. read more

The prices are outrageous. I will not come back for that alone. I had 8 items and it was $60. $15 to clean a dress?? $6 for a blouse? Never in my life have I paid this much for dry cleaning. Also, six of the eight items had stains I requested be treated. Only two of the items appeared to have been treated. I had high hopes based on reviews. This is the place I've been looking for. It is surprisingly hard to find a dry cleaner run by nice, kind people who charge fair prices and do consistently excellent work. After coming here for a couple of years now, this is that kind of place. I borrowed a white, silk blouse from a friend and was horrified to find grease stains all over it from sitting on an iron bar chair. I took it to Pro Cleaners and not only was the owner incredibly nice and had great customer service, but the stain came out! It was ugly black marks all over the front and back of the shirt and they got them all out for less than $6.00. I will never go to another cleaner again. read more
