The only downside to all of this, is I was wearing a fairly new suit that had been in range of snow and road grime from the spinning tire. So I began to consider my local dry cleaning options. I had used another dry cleaner in the area before, and while they did a good job, I felt that they were a little overpriced. Apple Cleaners being closer then any other place to wear I lived, received the first look during my investigation. This place got off to a really good start by offering coupons on their website (so check that out). I was able to get a $9 coupon off my bill for a 2 piece suit. Securing that deal I decided that Apple was worth a shot. Now this place is in a strip mall, and it is a dry cleaners, so I was expecting a bare sterile looking place when I walked in. This place is decorated nicely on the inside, which was an unexpected nice touch. I did go in on a Monday after the holidays, early in the morning to drop off my suit, and the place was busy. The line was 4 people deep when I walked in and only one person (there are two kiosks) working the desk. She did seem really annoyed when she saw me walk in, maybe the first day back from a long break was to blame but it wasn't very welcoming. She took my suit and my coupon and gave me my date to come pick it up, which was 3 days later. She explained that there was a longer wait, because they were backed up losing working days to the holidays. Went back when my suit was ready for pickup. New person working the desk, the place was empty, but it didn't stop her from giving me a very un-welcomed vibe when I walked through the door. I presented my pickup ticket and she quickly got my suit. They had done a great job and everything looked to be fine. The coupon left my remaining bill in the steal category so I was pretty happy about that. I would not hesitate to use Apple Cleaners again, especially with the coupons offered. This would of been a 5 star review though if it hadn't been for the service. We don't have to be best friends, but please don't give me the impression that I am ruining your day by being there.

They offer 3 sizes of machines depending on your load capacity. No cash, no problem. They have an App to use to pay for washers and dryers which is super convenient. This is the only dry cleaner in town so they are busy. And since they no longer do their dry cleaning in-house, the turn around time is a little longer but I've had good experiences with no issues. I really like the drop off wash and dry services they offer. I've taken several large blankets/quilts to have washed and dried with same day service. The staff has always done a great job, very friendly and only $22.

I DO keep track of my $250 silk pants from Eileen Fisher. I would never wash them. I kindly asked if the owner wanted to keep a customer and pay for the shirt and pants. -- He said 'they had no record of the pants - ' duh! because they lost them. The dress was pretty clean but the bottom was pretty dirty from our outdoor wedding. Their service was excellent. They got it cleaned and packaged up in box within two weeks of dropping it off there. The communication they provided was excellent. They even sent a text message when the dress was ready for pickup. The quality of work was well worth the cost. The dress cleaning and preservation was $260 then they offered two size boxes. The medium box was $80 and the large box was $100. My wife's dress luckily fit into a medium box so I walked away with an out the door price of $360. I was not aware until I picked it up that the box I purchased came with a window so that you could still see the dress while keeping it packaged up and looking nice! Walking in, everything was clean and wide open. The racks of clean clothes fill the space behind the service desk. They're neatly arranged and sorted; it looks more like a department store of sorts than cleaners. They're neatly arranged have a small area partitioned off which appears to be a dressing room near a sign that states they offer alterations. The two women, sisters, who work the counter are both extremely friendly and pleasant. My first visit was dropping off a navy wool pea coat that I'd actually never had cleaned, but after spilling a large coffee on myself one day, it was pretty much forced. I've had two white dogs the whole time I've owned this coat, so let's just say it showed . When I picked it up, not only had they gotten all the coffee stains out, it looked better than brand new !!! I'll admit that I was worried about the paying upfront when I dropped off, but it was completely worth every penny!!! I'll be bringing more cleaning here very soon!

It would take a miracle. But the process was most likely to simply destroy the dress due to its delcate fabric and tassles. I asked them to try anyway and signed the release form. Today, we picked up that dress and to say I was positively stunned would be the understatement of the century. This dress now looks near-perfect, like a true museum piece. I can't even comprehend what took to make this piece come back to life. So thank you, thank you, thank you for your truly amazing masterful preservation of a family treasure.
