Would absolutely recommend Olive Cleaners for wedding dress preservation and suit cleaning! She was…read morewonderful to work with and even sent a video of my dress cleaned before starting the preservation. I had spray tan, tajin and dirt stains on my dress and she got every bit of it out! Very affordable and reasonable turnaround time.

I explained how disappointed I was because when I dropped off the garments, there was no mention about having to replace the fabric of the belt loops or completely altering the back of the skirt where the zipper was. She asked what she could do to make it right. I could tell she really cares about her business and customers, as well as the quality of work they produce. I explained that there wasn't much because of how altered they both were but instead, to make sure her parents fully understood what the customer was wanting and not to be afraid to say no if they couldn't actually do it. She agreed and again, couldn't have been more apologetic. This was a learning lesson for both parties and I know how to move forward. In the beginning, she asked if she could give me a refund. I declined at first because I wasn't seeking one but instead, was really hoping something could be done about my clothes. After a few phone calls, I decided I'd go ahead and take it. Prior to this, It had been a while since I've brought something to them but because this was handled so professionally, I'll continue using them but for dry cleaning only. Michelle, thank you for your kindness and empathy you displayed in trying to remedy this situation.

Have you ever seen the infamous Seinfeld episode titled "The Soup Nazi?" If you haven't, this…read morereview may be meaningless. Suffice it to say, if the character in that episode were to operate a Dry Cleaners - this would be the place. In fact, it is ready to go with no changes necessary. Quality cleaning but bad attitude service. Why 3 stars? They do a pretty good job on dry cleaing clothes. In fact, I've got a few shirts that are rayon or linen and have wooden buttons which are apparently difficult to service (I was lectured on this by one of the employees!) but they do a great job pressing and cleaning them. 4 or 5 stars for quality of work. But.... Service - you are greeted by multiple signs upon entering the counter area; all of them telling you in no uncertain terms what you can and can't do. These signs don't mince words nor do they set the right tone for the customers. For instance, if you don't have your reciept in hand, get the heck out of the way so others can be serviced. Bradford (previous review) already alerted you that they won't take your plastic cards -bring cash! And don't you dare offer them a coupon when you return to pick up your finished clothes - you must give them upfront when dropping off laundry. One of my favorites is the tatered and old sign warning you of a "severe hanger shortage" (meaning they want you to give them unused hangers). Severe? Really? You should see our closets. Also, why can you buy these for so cheap at Dollar stores if there is such a shortage? Lastly, if you don't have your ticket (and I'm sure we've all misplaced them at one time or other) - "NO SHIRTS FOR YOU!" Seriously, this was pretty much the attitude I got on a recent visit. Sigh....I had to go back home and come again the next day. My wife likes their work (and I do to an extent) or I wouldn't put up with their attitude. Must be nice to have such great soup or laundry that people will put up with poor service just to get it! I can only hope they don't read this review and figure out who I am or, like George, Elaine, and Jerry's girlfriend, I may be banned from doing business here. NEXT!!!
