On top of that, their customer service is awful. They make it pretty clear that they would rather be doing anything other than helping or talking to you. And even when the machines are technically working, they don't work well. I could put three articles of clothing in a washer, select the heavy soil cycle, and when the cycle is finished, the clothes feel like they were barely spritzed with water. The dryers aren't much better. Clothes still come out damp, even with small loads and the highest heat setting. Laundry shouldn't be this difficult or frustrating, especially when using their machines is essentially the only viable option available to residents. If the place you're considering living uses Hoppy's laundry machines, RUN.

Enjoy the capabilities of using an app to pay for the washers and dryer but can still use quarters to pay for getting my laundry. I have not tried their wash and dry service but learned they they pick up and deliver your clothes as well. Definitely good services. The only reason why this gets 4 out of 5 stars is the price. Their largest machine, an 8 load machine is $10 and if you want a full wash with extra rinse they is an addition $1.50. Which is what I use to wash about a week or two worth of laundry. And the dryers run me $1.50 for the large ones. And I split my laundry into two so that is another $3.50. I justify the cost because of the nice facilities, wifi and air conditioning but I will say that if I find a nice laundry mat and at a lower price, I would try them out. In the meantime, I will keep coming here.

There were numerous signs saying you had to wear a mask and to wait for your laundry to finish in your car, but no one was paying attention and the attendant was the only one without a mask. However this last time I brought it in to be cleaned the very white rug came back in worse condition than when I brought it in. The edges were frayed and the white rug was stained yellow. It also had silver detailing that was completely scrubbed off the rug. Instead of standing behind their mistake and screw up they declined to replace the rug even though they should have after THEY were the ones who completely destroyed it. Safe to say I will never go back to get anything cleaned here and will make notify friends and family to not go here as well.
