I got a text letting me know that my order would be ready the next day, and early the next day I received another text saying that it was ready for pickup! My clothes smelled clean & fresh and were neatly folded. It was a huge help during a hectic weekend that didn't allow much time for laundry. Will definitely take advantage again.

I went in to pick it up today and the first time it was not ready, so I had to drive back across town to pick it up the second time. When I picked it up I asked about the odor and was told there was none. When I got home and took it out of the bag I could clearly still smell some odor. So, I called them to tell them. I was not offered to bring the dress back in or maybe even my a refund of my $25....I was told to spray febreze on it!!! So now I am not only out $25 I have to go try to find a new dress last minute.

I came in, put my laundry in the washer, went to go get change. The machine says no $20.00 Bill's,…read morethat's fine. I ask the attendant for 2 10's, he then proceeds to tell me that the machine is out of change. But, I watched him pull hands full of quarters out of a bucket and put them in a loaf pan. He has that sitting on the counter in front of him. I asked why he couldn't make change out of that, he tells me he can give me 10, I say okay and he then tells me he has an important account coming in and can't spare any change. I told him there needs to be a note on the door saying there is no change available. He then tells me I'm making him mad and he won't give me change after all. He says well, you should have change when you come to the laundry mat. Why have change machines if you aren't going to make sure they are stocked?! He was very rude and inconsiderate to me. I am only doing my laundry here today because my clothes were already in the washer. A kind young man went and got me change. I won't be back to this place. Half the time the dryers don't heat up. *EDIT* after the attendant refused to give me change, several other people came in and he made change for them. He even allowed one woman to count her own change out of aforementioned loaf pan. I used this laundry mat every single time I did laundry, but will not go back after being treated the way I was and the dirty looks the man gave me every time I walked in that day.

Manager made everyone wear a mask while they were inside because of the Corona Virus. Laundromat was kept clean. Manager was busy cleaning machines and tending to restroom. Cost was comparable to any laundromat and motel. I will continue to use this laundromat while I am here.

I had used another…read morecleaner for a different suit and the fur had turned pink so I was pretty leery but it needed cleaning and I trusted my fr so I took it in. Oh my gosh! They did a wonderful job. The fur is Snow White and the red is vivid. I am so extremely happy with these guys. The suit looks amazing!
