And it was in terrible shape; badly stained a dark streaked tea color, matted, frayed, and really almost unsalvagable in our view. I took it to Prime Service Cleaners in O'Fallon, always my family's go-to cleaner, and walked in with it. They immediately told me what I had already guessed; there was little chance this dress could withstand what it would take to clean it even if it were even possible to clean it. It would take a miracle. But the process was most likely to simply destroy the dress due to its delcate fabric and tassles. I asked them to try anyway and signed the release form. Today, we picked up that dress and to say I was positively stunned would be the understatement of the century. This dress now looks near-perfect, like a true museum piece. I can't even comprehend what took to make this piece come back to life. So thank you, thank you, thank you for your truly amazing masterful preservation of a family treasure.

This newly remodeled laundromat is super clean, well maintained and has staff onsite during business hours. All the machines are new and work well. They offer 3 sizes of machines depending on your load capacity. No cash, no problem. They have an App to use to pay for washers and dryers which is super convenient. This is the only dry cleaner in town so they are busy. And since they no longer do their dry cleaning in-house, the turn around time is a little longer but I've had good experiences with no issues. I really like the drop off wash and dry services they offer. I've taken several large blankets/quilts to have washed and dried with same day service. The staff has always done a great job, very friendly and only $22.

I take my baskets from & to my car, all by my adult-self! I pulled into the parking lot and found all of the Handicapped parking spots taken. Later, I found out that none of the 4 people who parked in those spots were disbled. I parked, opened the car door and became overwhelmed with the smell of skunk weed and the sound of booming radios. I should've turned around and went right back home! I didn't. This Laundromat is abused. A sweet Attendant was on shift while I was there. She cleaned all of the unused machines & dryers twice. She mopped the floors twice. It didn't make one bit of difference. My clothes had a sour-like smell after they were washed. That means that the washing machines needed to be cleaned. There were no folding tables. I didn't feel safe & the Laundromat is in need of a serious upgrade. This my first & last trip to this location.

They have a fluff and fold service that is the most reasonably priced in the area. Our family first started using fluff and fold after vacations. The service is so prompt and meticulous that we now use it much more frequently. I also volunteer with Belleville East Marching Band and Jessica's cleaned their uniforms this year. They did such a wonderful job that the other volunteers commented how easy the process was, and how much burden it took off of us. Head on in. Everyone is super nice, so nice you'll start heading in there weekly.

There's baskets and tables to help moving and folding clothes an easy task. There's plenty of room and places to wash/dry you laundry along with seats so you can sit to watch your stuff. If you don't have detergent then there's a place to pay for it near the back. Overall, it's a nice and friendly environment where you can come to clean your clothes with ease! My only complaint is the lack of signs for newcomers to know where they're going.

The password is CleanLaundry. It's really cheap too. I can do a full laundry hamper of laundry for $10 and my stuff smells great afterwards. It's never really crowded but there is a steady stream of customers throughout the day. Some interesting people stop in if you love to people watch like me to keep you entertained. There also is a gas station/ super liquor store 100 meters down the street if you need a drink (or a crown royal) while cleaning your stuff. Nice establishment run by nice people.
