This is a bright and clean laundromat with helpful attendants. There isn't always an attendant on site, but there is a phone number displayed that you can call with a problem. They also provide a service that will wash your laundry by the pound. The service is invaluable to someone that doesn't have the time to spend on laundry! There are many size washers to choose from starting at $4 up to $10. The dryers hold up to 3 loads each, and cost just $1.50 a load. Approximately every six months we use this laundromat for bedspreads, quilts, etc, and pillows because this seems to be the largest, cleanest, most up-to-date, and possibly the closest laundromat to us, with the best choices of clean, maintained machines. Though we had a problem recently with putting money on the wash card at the end of our last visit for the next visit but under new management the card readers were removed so I was out the money. But I talked with the owner and the situation was resolved quickly and fairly. This proves they're a company that values the customers and their reputation, and they'll continue to have our business. read more

I was washing a bedspread and have never been to a laundromat. The clerk on duty was very helpful in leading me in the right direction. She showed me where to get change and to the right size machine I would need. The business was clean and looked like they had new machines. read more

So clean and spacey! I came here this morning to wash 5 bulky moving blankets, and some bed comforters/blankets/sheets since the washer at home wouldn't be able to handle the load. As I was about to load my blankets into a double load washer, an employee noticed and came over to suggest which washing machines I should use for my huge laundry loads--it should be common sense but I guess it was too early for me to use my brain, lol. If it wasn't for her, I probably would have used 4 washers instead of 2... Which would have been very $$$, by the way. In addition, the employee was very helpful and friendly. What's also great is that there's a couple of places nearby if you want to grab a quick bite while you wait for your wash. read more

Have been coming here for about 7 months, have always been impressed with how clean the facility is. Workers are super nice and very helpful! Best surprise was coming into wash clothing today and finding all NEW WASHERS AND DRYERS! Bring cash and quarters! Or you can use the ATM which is super handy! I don't have kids, but they have a children's area. Beautiful new washers and dryers! I am so excited about and the price is affordable and has not changed any! They have nice, very efficient equipment. The washers come in many load sizes. I have gone in the evening when Ann is on duty. She is very kind and helpful, and keeps the place spotless. I give this a 4 star and not 5 is only because there are multiple machines and dryers out of service all the time. Other than that, it's over all a great place to go to do laundry. I am an old man and had the misfortune of going to Wash City Laundromat today. I have a washer and dryer at home but on occasion need to wash blankets and other large items. My visit to them last September was pleasant. I asked the attendant if she could assist me since I am not a regular customer. She was polite, friendly and very cooperative. That visit was great. Today is a different story. On 2/4/16 at 2:40pm I entered the Laundromat with a large amount of blankets, etc. I asked the attendant on duty if she could assist me. She in so many words told me I could do drop off for about $90 for the blankets? I said I only need assistance on what washers and dryers to use. She then proceeded to tell me she was busy! I said I would be more than willing to tip her nicely for her assistance and she still ignored my request for help. I told her my last experience there was pleasant and why was she being so difficult with me? I then heard her tell another customer that she is thinking of calling the police???? I then said for what? my asking you for help??? I finally got her to give me some minimal assistance to get going. I then asked her for her name and she said not required to do so! I then asked for a business card and she again said none available! Later I returned to finish drying the items and she did direct me to some dryers. She then left and a new girl was on duty. I asked her for a business card so I could talk to the owner and she complied. I called the manager and she said she would check into it but the outcome was obvious. She backed her employee and said that I called her a bitch. Don't remember that part but the manager said her employees deserve respect. I told her I would never frequent her Laundromat again and that respect was earned. I have been in customer service my entire life with 44 years service with AT&T dealing with their largest customers. I have had 24 tech's working for me and showed by example what customer service was. The customer isn't always right but deserves to be heard and to assist where we can. Clean, airy atmosphere, friendly staff, lots of washers of all sizes, plenty of folding tables, hand wash sinks, nice kids area with books VCR & movies, pinball, vending machines, plenty of tables and seats. It is evident that they care. I can't comment on price as we only use laundry mats occasionally (for the jumbo washers) so I don't know what is normal, but it must not be that bad since there are other laundry mats nearby that people could choose. read more

This is a nice Laundromat. It is kept clean (washers, dryers, floors, restrooms). It has laundry service if needed. There are plenty of washers and dryers to use. There is a small kids play area, 4 TV's, pinball machines and tables with seating. Earlier in the day is best for availability, it can get crowded, especially on Saturdays. Lately, several of the smaller machines have been "out of order". One dislike is that you have to purchase a card that has to be refilled. Not coin operated. There is an ATM if you need cash. If you don't use all of your card, you are stuck with a balance that you lose if you don't come back. The other dislike is that it is the most expensive laundry I've been in with the smallest washers costing $2.50/load, larger loaders at $3.95 and $4.50. Dryers are large and cost $0.50/20 min. It usually take at least 40 minutes to dry if you select HIGH setting. Towels and t-shirt material take longer. It depends on the size of your load. read more
