I noticed that she knew many of the customers in the laundry and greeted everyone as they came in. I found it convenient that you can use a credit/debit card to operate their machines or you have the option of using their change machine to turn dollar bills into quarters. They also have a soap/bleach/softener dispenser where you can purchase these items if you don't feel like dragging in big bottles to wash your clothes. I picked it up today after having dropped it off yesterday. For the first time it was not folded and wrapped nicely. It was stuffed into a bag and very wrinkled. When I got home I found it was still very damp. Apparently it sat in that plastic bag wet since yesterday. For this I paid $23.00. Needless to say I won't be back.
