Clean laundromat. Well kept with newer machines. Average cost to wash a bit pricy to dry. Use the bottom dryers and you save $0.75.

I was hoping things would get better, but it seems they have gotten worse. They have nothing but Karens running this place now. It seems they are all related and cannot keep a regular employee. Not worth the discrimination. They will try and set you up with bogus allegations. The attendant said a patron's laundry full of grass but when confronted the attendant could not produce ANY grass and instead tried to say a thread laying on the floor was grass. These people need exposed and shutdown until someone with better PR and common sense can start running the place. read more

I haven't used a laundromat for 23 years but as I needed to wash a large comforter I found myself in Midtown Washboard. I was greeted with a big smile from Tina who was more than helpful in showing me which size washing machine I needed and how to use it. I noticed that she knew many of the customers in the laundry and greeted everyone as they came in. I found it convenient that you can use a credit/debit card to operate their machines or you have the option of using their change machine to turn dollar bills into quarters. They also have a soap/bleach/softener dispenser where you can purchase these items if you don't feel like dragging in big bottles to wash your clothes. Arrived at 9:05 and waited 15 minutes for the wash and fold service with no attendant arriving. Called the phone number listed on their hours to receive an automated message, resulting in not being able to get in touch with someone. read more

OMG run by a bunch of Karens! Never seen so may signs about cleaning their equipment. They've already raised the prices. Yes, clean environment, yes convenient -- but geez o Peete's. read more

I'm not one to fill out comments. Usually just keep to myself. However, this place needs a shout out! The place is very clean. Staff is kind and courteous. I'm traveling with my dog in a big rig and wasn't able to stay with my laundry. (Even though there are plenty of signs telling you not to leave the laundry unattended.) This didn't matter. The staff worked with me and to make sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend it! read more

Hands down the best laundromat I've ever been to. Came in to wash some bedding that won't fit in my machine. Place is super clean with plenty of space to maneuver baskets and lots of folding tables. Many machines, particularly the large capacity models I was using take credit cards so it saves dealing with tons of quarters. Great WiFi to use while you wait. read more

While doing laundry here, I witnessed the attendant and three customers consistently not wearing masks. This business says it prides itself on keeping everyone safe. What a joke. The attendant didn't say anything to the people who were risking my life by not wearing a mask. Won't be coming here again. read more

Today was my first time going to a laundromat. I walked in, was checking everything out, and I think the woman on duty noticed I was a little lost. She came over to me, helped me pick out which machines to use based on how much laundry I had and how to get the best bang for my buck. She helped me measure out the detergent, and walked me through the whole process! She was very friendly. The laundromat itself is very clean, there are a ton of machines of varying sizes. They're also taking COVID precautions, so that is awesome in my book. I'll definitely be back! read more

This place is the best! I rarely go to the laundromat, but twice this year when my home appliances were on the fritz I've had to. I tried another local mat and it only took coins and I ran out of cash. I ended up taking everything over to midtown washboard and was amazed! It's so clean! The people working here are so helpful! There's nice places to sit and toys for the kids! The machines are clean, plentiful, and varied! The bathrooms are clean and their are even desks to do homework while you wash and dry your laundry! I cannot recommend this place enough! read more

I'm not one to usually post reviews but I feel I must speak my mind. This is my local laundromat that i've been going too for some time now. I usually have no issues and i'm in and out with my laundry. Last night (5/4/23) one of the employees racially profiled me and my boyfriend. We got there around 6:30 and were finished with everything around 9:15. My boyfriend had a stomach virus so he had been in the bathroom for a few minutes while I folded some clothes. One of the employees started to rush him out the restroom after he stated several times that he was in there using the restroom and wasn't feeling good. She then proceeded to get other people involved (a friend she had sitting there waiting on her I assume) and they started timing how long he was in the restroom. After about 5 mins or so, she started asking me questions about what he was doing in there and that "They don't condone shenanigans". i'm not sure what she meant by shenanigans but I took offense to it. Another few moments go by and she starts putting her ear up to the bathroom door and knocking telling him "she needs to clean the restroom" This was at about 9:00 and the building doesn't close until 10. She then told us that if he didn't exit the bathroom, she would call the police on us because she assumed he was in there doing "shenanigans" which again im not sure what shenanigans she's speaking about. I find this very unprofessional and has made us very uncomfortable to where we don't want to come back. i'm very upset with this place and the lady that was there last night. we are not satisfied at all!!!! this is not ok!!! read more
