Went on a Saturday Aftrnoon. Had never been before. It wasn't crowded, so I had no wait time for a machine. The size assortment of the machines was amazing. Plenty of space at the folding tables. Every employee I came in contact with was very helpful and pleasant. The cleanliness was remarkable. The ladies that were working were always keeping the area clean & orderly. Got a little lost finding it, but the place is very nice and clean. They have a ton of huge dryers. Our dryer at home went out so here we are. The clientail seems nice. I got the door opened for me and someone said hi. There is only a few people here right now, but it is around 800pm. There are two TVs, vending machines and pinball to pass the time by. They do have a change machine, but I brought my own coins. read more

I like to give my rugs a good wash every so often and this place is great! They have credit card readers for some * of there machines for people who don't carry cash(like me). The card reader wasn't working on one machine and I had already put my soap in and staff offered to give me free soap to move my laundry to another washer that's card reader wasn't working. Just thought I'd share a little local tip for you O'Fallon-ers (my parents live out there)... Bring your comforters and blankets to Highlander Laundry! The woman who runs the place is so nice and will wash it for you overnight so it's ready the next day. You can obviously do the rest of your laundry there if need be, but I just visit to get my comforter washed up. Park right out front, bring it in, get a ticket... and it'll be ready for you the next day for a really cheap price. You can also pay a couple more dollars to have her put a softener on it, and it makes your blankets soft but the smell isn't overpowering. I don't know if you'll find this tip as awesome as I do, but I find myself always needing oversized blankets and my comforter washed. Quick, easy, and convenient! Add the softener and tell me you don't want to reenact the Snuggle commercials when you lay down in bed at night. read more

I went to this location regularly when I lived in saint peters last May, it has since been updated even more since I moved to the Saint Charles area this month. I made the regrettable decision of going to the Charlestowne Laundromat in Saint Charles since it was closer, never again will I do that. Machines here are upgraded, rarely have to wait for a machine, fairly priced, and never have experienced rude people there. The parking lot layout is a bit odd now as another business is next door, but I'll definitely continue recommending this place to others. read more

Whether you are unable to do your laundry at home or just want to give the larger items a good freshening, Highlander Laundry in O'Fallon is the place to go! The machines work great, are reasonably priced, and are super quiet. The building is older but inside it's always clean and comfortable. The people who work here are friendly, helpful, and conversational. Even the other customers I have met are great and always willing to lend a hand if needed. I've been coming for a few weeks while my laundry room is being redone, but I'll be back to do the big items, that's for sure. I've never had to avail myself of the laundry service, but they're always busy and everyone I've seen has left happy! Laundry is not my favorite chore, but I don't mind coming here. read more

I travel a lot for work and only have a company credit card so finding good, clean places to do my laundry that also take credit cards is tough. This place was fantastic!! The staff was friendly and helpful, there are lots of different size machines but there are only TWO dryers that take credit cards so get there early if you only have a card!! They have lots of table space to fold and rolling carts. They've got soaps, dryer sheets & laundry bags in a vending machine as well. Really great place!! read more

Yes I am calling to give my opinion of the Highland Center coin laundry I highly recommend this place it's extremely clean and large there's nothing to be needed everything is here including Snacks coin machines games laundry detergent etc. the lady is very very helpful she is help me more than once on these machines I don't know what I'd do without her she's very kind and thoughtful I definitely give this place a five star rating and would recommend it to anybody the only complain I had was trying to find this place and that was my fault I got lost and read more

I am visiting from out of town and needed to wash my daughter's softball uniforms. The laundromat is extremely clean. There's an attendant present that is extremely friendly and helpful. There are approximately 42 washers and 21 dryers. There are change machines and washers that take credit cards. Highly recommended. read more

We had to wash a larger comforter so though we would go to a laundry to do it instead of doing it at home. I was a bit nervous about going to a laundry because I had not to been to one in years and that one was creepy. The Highlander Laundry is completely the opposite of creepy. It is very clean with good equipment, inviting and well-staffed. The lady working was so helpful when we couldn't get our washer to work. When I get backed up on laundry in future, I am going to come in again to get everything done quickly. read more

I was in today & this laundromat is the cleanest/neatest laundromat I've ever been to. For anyone in the area, I extremely recommend coming here. Not only is it spotless, but the lady who works there is incredibly sweet & it's always such a joy to see her. She's usually busy keeping the place straightened up but she gives the place a warm welcoming feel & makes sure everyone has been assisted. Kelly was the attendant today and made my experience trying to clean a white down alternative comforter that had been well loved by Charlie the dog so great! She explained how the machines worked and made sure I used enough detergent, softener and bleach. Thanks so much for the bleach help! When it was dry she showed me how to fold it up nice and compact and put it in a bag for me. Kelly literally brightened a day when I really needed it. I gave her a big hug when I left! I'll definitely be back next time I need to give Charlie the dog a nice clean comforter again! And the place was immaculate with clean machines and floors. This laundromat is always clean, plenty of washers & dryers & a dollar changer for quarters. They also supply plenty of rolling laundry carts and folding tables. There are snacks & a soda machine, a T.V. As well as tables and chairs for comfort while waiting for clothes. This is a great laundromat if you need one! read more
