The decor is great and the place is open till 10pm. The only things that give me hesitation and the reason this place is 3 stars is due to the overpricing of the machines. It's standard for Dryers to be .25 cents per 1 minute. But these dryers are $2.25 flat rate. Okay, not that bad I suppose. But most of the machines are 4 Loads and Up, so if you need a small, quick wash, you'll be paying $8+ for a wash. No matter what. The vending machines are $3 for laundry products and $2 for snacks, and $2 sodies. So it's safe to say, this establishment falls into the same trap that some black businesses fall into... Using Community Unification to justify Overcharging their Audience. Tucked away in Overland/Maryland Heights in a cozy plaza. I suppose the audience is not intended for everyday people. Might come back because I see the vision. But might go elsewhere in favor of not spending $15+ just to wash clothes. To end this review on a good note, this place also provides free narcan for those who may use hard drugs that can result in an OD. Very responsible, people centered, and needed, just not in this area.... would be great if this place were located in the city, and was cheaper. Enjoy the capabilities of using an app to pay for the washers and dryer but can still use quarters to pay for getting my laundry. I have not tried their wash and dry service but learned they they pick up and deliver your clothes as well. Definitely good services. The only reason why this gets 4 out of 5 stars is the price. Their largest machine, an 8 load machine is $10 and if you want a full wash with extra rinse they is an addition $1.50. Which is what I use to wash about a week or two worth of laundry. And the dryers run me $1.50 for the large ones. And I split my laundry into two so that is another $3.50. I justify the cost because of the nice facilities, wifi and air conditioning but I will say that if I find a nice laundry mat and at a lower price, I would try them out. There were no helpful attendants, just one young woman, for whom you had to ring a bell and then patiently wait for her to appear. There was some pantomime between us as her English wasn't good enough to fluently answer questions about USING THE LAUNDRY MACHINES!!! Argh... I just wanted to know which washer was big enough to handle my heavy runner... Anyway, I loaded a big washer, put in my money and detergent, and waited till it stopped spinning. It was the middle of a Monday afternoon and there were only three other customers. The Jerry Springer Show was blasting on the TV. There were numerous signs saying you had to wear a mask and to wait for your laundry to finish in your car, but no one was paying attention and the attendant was the only one without a mask. This place has a by-the-pound dry cleaning machine, which I'd never seen before. I'll try it out when winter's over and it's time to dry clean sweaters and coats but I think I'll go elsewhere for heavy laundry loads. There is no free dryer use here, like others I've been to.

If your thinking this seems expensive, consider how many clothes can fit in a 13 gallon trash bag (it's allot) but also the convenience/opportunity cost. There is also plenty of counters to fold your laundry on compared to other facilities that are the same size. The dry is free with the wash. They also have a special going on for the holidays (see sign). They live up to their name!
