I noticed that she knew many of the customers in the laundry and greeted everyone as they came in. I found it convenient that you can use a credit/debit card to operate their machines or you have the option of using their change machine to turn dollar bills into quarters. They also have a soap/bleach/softener dispenser where you can purchase these items if you don't feel like dragging in big bottles to wash your clothes. The machines are newer, and while yes, there were a few that have been broken/out of order, the next time I come back they are up and running again. They're not out of order for long by any means. When I say this place is clean, I truly mean it. Even the bathroom. I feel like it's well managed and taken care of compared to other establishments I've been to. I will say, be mindful of some people who might be in the laundromat as well; I've had my dryer sheets stolen right in front of me, literally, and my boyfriend was asked if he had dr*gs multiple times after saying no. There are interesting people that come, of course, but that's not the place's fault. Cleaners who work in Innsbrook also use this laundromat as well, and so do families. The building doesn't seem well taken care of, it has a smell, it's very expensive and nothing ever works. We were only taking up 2 spots but for the amount of business they would have gotten it would have been worth it. We are a family of six, just to give you perspective. There wasn't even one other customer in the parking lot. The lady, who must have been the attendant that pulled up was rude and unreasonable, threatening to call the cops and taking a picture of our license plate. The sign in the lot clearly said for customers only which we would have been but who would want to give this type of business our money. So, other RVers save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

I messaged them on Facebook on Easter Sunday, not expecting a reply, but Andrew (the owner) got back to me immediately to confirm they were open. When I arrived, he was there personally keeping the place tidy, recognized me from our messages, and introduced himself. His customer service is some of the best I've encountered in a long time--he even gave me a free extra rinse when I went a little heavy on the soap! Whoops The facility is spotless, the bathroom is clean, and all the washers and dryers are brand-new Speed Queens. I cannot recommend Lily's enough!

Everything worked great using the SpeedQueen app on my iPhone. And it's very close to me, very convenient. My only complaint is that everything online indicates it has free WiFi but there were no instructions anywhere in here to indicate the network name or password. I couldn't use my laptop to do some online work like I had hoped. The other place I've been using since the old laundromat closed is further away by about 10 minutes, but is about as nice and has free WiFi. If there is free WiFi here or added that I can log into, I will switch to this place!
