Good spot to do laundry. I went at around 6 on a weekday and it was pretty empty. Took 30 min to…read morewash my clothes and 25 to dry it. They attendant will break large bills and there's a quarter changer on site.

I had a carpet runner that I needed to wash and found this place through the strong Yelp reviews…read more After I got there, I wondered if I was at the same place that all the 5-star reviewers went to! There were no helpful attendants, just one young woman, for whom you had to ring a bell and then patiently wait for her to appear. There was some pantomime between us as her English wasn't good enough to fluently answer questions about USING THE LAUNDRY MACHINES!!! Argh... I just wanted to know which washer was big enough to handle my heavy runner... Anyway, I loaded a big washer, put in my money and detergent, and waited till it stopped spinning. It was the middle of a Monday afternoon and there were only three other customers. The Jerry Springer Show was blasting on the TV. There were numerous signs saying you had to wear a mask and to wait for your laundry to finish in your car, but no one was paying attention and the attendant was the only one without a mask. This place has a by-the-pound dry cleaning machine, which I'd never seen before. I'll try it out when winter's over and it's time to dry clean sweaters and coats but I think I'll go elsewhere for heavy laundry loads. There is no free dryer use here, like others I've been to.

I've been trying to work with Prestige for the last year or so to figure out what happened to my…read morewedding dress. It was preserved right after my wedding in 2013 and sealed up. I took it all over the world with me, and then I finally broke the seal on the box to find that the dress inside is definitely not mine. I have the warranty on the preservation from this company, but I was referred to the local dry cleaner, who is no longer in business. I haven't been able to find any contact to try to sort this out, and I'm extremely disappointed. Maybe I should have opened the box sooner to make sure I had my dress, but in talking to many other friends and family, that's not a thing that hardly any of them have done. At this point, I'm interested in you all backing up the warranty. I still have all the paperwork as well as some other poor woman's dress. The company stated that this was likely an issue with the local cleaner, but I have no one to hold accountable on that end, and Prestige is throwing up their hands even though they have no proof that the error wasn't theirs.

Our experts pre-spot stains before cleaning to ensure the best cleaning results. Your gown is then carefully examined before being displayed in the box. The box is then fully sealed and preserved.
