They were constantly making rounds, wiping down machines, sweeping floors, and ensuring that everything stayed sanitary. However, it gets the job done (and my laundry has never smelled after). It's in a safe part of town and has a convenience store right next door so you can grab a drink and a snack as you wait for your laundry as well. One of the drawbacks is that it's coin-operated only, so be sure to bring change (there's also a quarter exchange machine there if you bring bills). Another is that the detergent dispenser is often out of stock so I recommend bringing your own. There are also more industrial machines there if you have a really large or durable load. Like I said, this place gets the job done and that's all you can really ask for.
