What happened here? Used to have a friendly and competent person at the desk. Last visit to pick up a bed spread, the attendant practically ripped my bed spread out of my hands when I went to pick it up. I've always had a card on file with this place, but something must have gone wrong. If you don't want your clothes folded, this is the place to go. I had high hopes for this place as it's close to home. We dropped off our laundry and they were timely. Done when they said it would be, but when I went to take the clothes out of the bag, nothing was folded. They just pulled the clothes out of the dryer and put them in bag. Everything was clean and extremely wrinkled. Not what I expected from a laundry service. Needless to say, we found somewhere else. read more

Says same day service on the sign but when I got there at opening at 7am on Thursday with just a suit and two shirts the lady says I couldn't get my services done until Monday morning because "the guys in back don't work on the weekends" When I pointed out that it was Thursday morning and not the weekend she was non-plussed....when I asked how they'd have them done on Monday morning if they don't work on the weekends she even more confused. Great prices on cleaning and they do a great job and cleaning but don't ask to them to sew on a button. It was for a black wool pea coat and they left the existing black tread behind the button and used white thread to reattach the black button. Really!?!?!? And the rest of the buttons are sewn on where you can't see the thread on the other side. They just threaded the white thread through the wool fabric and you can see it on the back side of the flap. At least use black thread for the half ass job. I removed the button and I took it to a shop that could properly sew the button back on. read more

I have taken multiple garments here on various occasions, including a comforter to be cleaned, suit, and various other items. They've always done a good job on the items I brought to be cleaned / steamed. They can also fix zippers, and they can usually find you replacements for missing zippers. I wish they did call backs when your items are ready rather than providing an estimate of when the item should be ready. I've used their services a decent amount, and pricing seems reasonable enough. read more

I dropped off a pair of pants to be hemmed on 5/25/19 and they told me it would be ready by Friday. It's been 10 days now, stopped by yesterday, they told me they would be in later that day, decided to wait till today and just called and they are still not ready. Can't speak for their cleaning services, but I'm going back to my regular tailor. Learned my lesson...also kinda sketchy when you walk in and no one greets you for a good 5 minutes. I even waved to the people in the back and they actively avoided making eye contact with me. At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if they lost my pants. read more

It's dry cleaning, so not much to say. Except that they were totally professional and my clothes look great. I've tried 3 other dry cleaners in STL (tip top, demun, and westway) and this one has been the best by far. No shirt buttons missing or damaged, no mystery stains, no half-assed press jobs, etc. Just a solid clean and press. The only downside is they charge more than others but I suspect you get what you pay for. I will be using them for suits and other higher end stuff I don't want messed up by tip top. read more

Price is fair, people are very friendly, service is prompt and on-time. Dropped of a pair of pants that needed cleaning and picked them up the next day. Looked nice, pressed well. Nothing bad to say. Only thing that prevented a 5-star rating is that the pants had a stain that didn't fully come out. It was a fairly heavy one, only the deepest parts remained, and luckily it's in an area that's not really visible. My girlfriend and I took a blazer, a sweater, a skirt, and a pair of pants to this place for dry cleaning. We dropped them off on Friday morning and they were ready on Tuesday the next week. The cost was just shy of $7 per item. The merino wool sweater (which said "dry clean for best results") we took was ruined, covered with like 20 holes on the shoulder. They should be called express valet press. Most of my clothes came back pristinely pressed but still had collar stains and spots that I asked to give attention too, still there. I took some athletic pants in for alterations - the legs were too long. They wanted to charge $16.95 to shorten the legs which is the cost of the pants. IMHO, that was too much, so I said, "No. Thank you." I don't know anything about the quality, thoroughness, etc. of their garment cleaning business. I just don't think one should go there for alterations. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Dropped off two blazers and a bunch of dress shirts with employee A. Picked everything up a few days later from employee B. Getting dressed for work the next morning, one of my blazers is heavily worn along the right shoulder and there are a couple small holes in it. This blazer is virtually new. I return that morning to employee A. Point out the damage, she takes the blazer and says she'll have the manager call me. He doesn't call. Return after work, manager isn't in. Come back the next day, ask for the manager, get employee A as the manager closes his door. Employee A now remembers that the blazer was like that when I dropped it off. Says maybe it was moths. Moths that didn't touch anything else in my closest. Maybe it was my cat. I don't have a cat. Says if they did it they'd definitely buy me a new blazer but they didn't do it. TL;DR - They'll destroy your stuff and deny it. Go anywhere else. Go in dirty, wrinkly clothes. Just don't go here. read more

Never use this dry cleaners! They ruined my cashmere sweater. I brought in this beautiful sweater to be cleaned for the first time and I had it returned with white streaks and it had completely shrunk and it faded. The owner said that he would try and fix, but his mother didn't believe anything that I said and insinuated that I was making up my complaint. Then apon my return they said they would not even try to fix the sweater unless I signed off on it and the clerk accused me of lying about the state of the sweater and she said that maybe I ruined it before I brought it in. Then she said that if they believed everyone who brought back clothes which they were accused of ruining they would be out of business. She even said, I don't even wear a small meaning that the sweater was too small for me to begin with. These are awful people, the owner the mother, the clerk. Rude and completely disrespectful. They treated me like a criminal. read more
