The trays on machines to put laundry det in are broken off on the front of the machines on a number of the machines so you have to just kind of pour it in the slot, no Hot water at all-only ice cold, then when it starts filling it sprays water out that open hole where it should be sending detergent into machine. Just wrong to let it get that bad.

I noticed that she knew many of the customers in the laundry and greeted everyone as they came in. I found it convenient that you can use a credit/debit card to operate their machines or you have the option of using their change machine to turn dollar bills into quarters. They also have a soap/bleach/softener dispenser where you can purchase these items if you don't feel like dragging in big bottles to wash your clothes. I will say, be mindful of some people who might be in the laundromat as well; I've had my dryer sheets stolen right in front of me, literally, and my boyfriend was asked if he had dr*gs multiple times after saying no. There are interesting people that come, of course, but that's not the place's fault. Cleaners who work in Innsbrook also use this laundromat as well, and so do families. The building doesn't seem well taken care of, it has a smell, it's very expensive and nothing ever works. To top it off the motel next door uses every single washer and dryer for hours on end pretty much daily. The last five or six times I've been I have had to turn around and leave because of the motel using everything. Not to mention how expensive it is now for mediocre return.
