Service is good and it's not a bad place but I have two main issues, the first is the prices - $9 for one folded shirt (I was told extra $2 to fold) but that's still $7/shirt?? Someone remarked on their review this place is nearly double what the prices are at other local dry cleaners and I would agree. 2nd, any bill amount below $20 is cash only, no adjustments even if close to $20. If you don't mind the higher prices and you carry cash then give them a shot, otherwise maybe shop around. read more

Yes Cleaners never disappoints. I pass five cleaning establishments to go to Yes. All the KPIs are there, quality service, excellent dry cleaning and the best customer service I have ever seen. Mr. Park will know your name on your second visit. He will always greet you with a smile and have your clothes at the counter almost immediately. The quality of the dry cleaning is superior. I have brought shirts in that I was sure I would have to throw out but they are ready for me like new. It is difficult to distinguish yourself from the competition in a service industry as dry cleaning but Yes achieves this by far. I have been using Yes cleaners for over two years, I would not go elsewhere. read more

I have been going to Mr. Park for over 25 years, first at his original location and now in Ellisville. He is the most kind person you will ever meet, and treats his customers like family. You will not find a better dry cleaner anywhere! read more

This is the best run cleaners we have ever been associated with. Mr. Park is the ultimate provider of customer service and good will. He treats his clients like family! read more

This place is AMAZING! The very first time I walked in I was greeted and asked my name by the owner. I left without a ticket and havent been given one since. They always know your face and your name and have your clothes out front in a matter of moments without hesitation. His memory is amazing but the customer service is even better! You feel like a person! I also cannot tell you how many times I have dropped off clothes with loose buttons to find that they have been fixed without me saying anything because I forgot!!! I just cant say enough about this place. I went to another cleaners for a short time recently because of convenience but was terribly disappointed. I an back and wont go anywhere else. Keep up the great work! read more

As good as a cleaner gets. Have delivered things to them that I was dead sure were ruined and they'll somehow resurrect them. Not sure how, but they deliver great results with little wear and tear on my clothes. Prices aren't cheap, but the combination of low wear and tear along with the resuscitation of items I'd thought were toast make it a solid value to me. Wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

This is hands DOWN the best cleaners service we have ever been associated with! Mr. Park is the kindest, sweetest man ever! He even has photos of all of his customers wallpapering his walls (and he knows every one of them)! Everyone is family and community to him and he treats everyone very respectfully. Now, the service... it's impeccable. Your clothing will be ready when he says it will (no exceptions). We have never had an issue in more than 6 years. There are no coupons, so don't expect that to happen in the future. He has so much business, we wonder how he keeps up such wonderful service. Always a smile! My husband and I always go together, because we enjoy seeing him and his wonderful presence. We will never go anywhere else. I completely recommend YES Cleaners to anyone! read more

I have been using this cleaner for four years now, and have had no problems. Mr. Park is the nicest man-carries clothes out to my car, always has a smile, and gives my daughter a sucker every time. My husband is always satisfied with the condition of his work shirts and other items. We won't go any where else! read more

This is the very best dry cleaner / laundry I have ever used. In almost two years I have never been greeted by anyone other than the owner. He insists to carry out my order to the car even over my protests. Never a missing item. Always excellent results. Somehow they get all the stains out. Turn around time is two days not counting Sunday as they are closed. read more

New to town. Tried this cleaners next to Dierbergd. Great location and wonderful service. More expensive than I am used to (about double) and I was worried since they couldnt commit to a same day turnaround. But he told me remind come back and said they'd definitely do one outfit. They got it all done! I'll be in the quest for coupons to move this to FIVE star! read more

My first experience was like this - I had a wool sweater I was about to give up and throw away - but, it came back as GOOD as new from Mr. Jong's care! I was so impressed and it made me very happy!!! This place seems to SURELY know how to take care of cloths and customers as well! I like Mr. Jong's smile and consistent sincerity, too. read more

This is the easiest five star rating I have ever given----I would give more if I could. Mr. Park is not only one of the classiest people I know, but he always does a first class job. I have no idea how he remembers everyone's name; but he does---he treats you like family. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. HIGHLY recommended! read more

Same thing here. This cleaners lacks the ability to remove simple stains. I took him a shirt with a coffee stain, and the next thing you know he has set it and ruined the shirt. They all need to be tested before being allowed to hang their shingle. read more

This dry cleaners is the best in town. The owner goes above and beyond when it comes to the occasional rush delivery, fixing buttons, hemming clothes, etc. He is the nicest man and we drive much further and out of our way to use this cleaners because the customer service is top notch and the quality is the best. read more

I wouldn't recommend Yes Cleaners if you need anything back quickly or with a tight deadline! I brought in a suit on a Thursday at noon. The man at the counter said they'd be ready the following Monday. I said that we needed them by Sunday at the latest as my husband was going out of town that day. So he said Saturday after 5pm. I made the mistake of assuming they were then open later in the evening on Saturday or open on Sunday. I called them at 5pm on Saturday to make sure the suit was ready and to ask when they closed. I was told 5:30 and they were closed Sundays. I drove right up to get them. When I mentioned how I was disappointed about being given a 30 minute window to get them when I had told him they were needed by Sunday (without being told of closing time), he just shrugged & smiled. Then on the way out, I noticed their closing time was 6pm. I just thought that was bad communication. However the cleaning of the suit seemed adequate. read more
