She is very friendly, helpful, and so quick to get your laundry back to you should you drop it off to be cleaned and folded. The machines here are in great condition with multiple sizes to choose from. As with everything in this world, the cost of doing laundry is high, but I managed to do a load for about $7. I didn't have time run the dryer twice like I have at other places. My clothes came out fresh and clean. There are books and chairs to pass the time. I felt pretty safe here even after dark. All in all, this is a pretty decent laundromat. It's clean, well-lit, and efficient for doing laundry.

With that being said, I was driving down Lindbergh and found this new laundromat and figured to give them a try. Glad I did. 1. It was super clean. 2. Not crowded. 3. Although my kids aren't toddlers anymore - I really thought it was considerate to have a wall with a few sensory items for the kids to play on. A major score for a mom with little ones. #soCute 4. There was a mini library for older children and my kids instantly found a book that entertained them. 5. The woman working on-site was extremely helpful and helped me navigate how to purchase my card, which machines were best for me, and overall, she was just super helpful! 6. This one is like almost my top fave! When you register your card, you can sign up to receive a notification of when your washer or dryer is finished with your load. I loved that feature! I left to make a couple of runs and that was a sweet gesture. They had nice items available for purchase in the vending machines and even a massage chair to sit in while you waited to switch your loads. I didn't use it though, but it was nice to see. I will definitely visit them again!

The laundromat is typically a quiet and peaceful place, but today's experience with one of your…read moreemployees was completely unacceptable. The employee removed some of my belongings from the washer before my load was finished so she could wash her own items. She then denied touching my laundry and claimed the washer was empty. However, when she began removing her clothes, my belongings started falling out with hers, proving that my items had been left in the machine. Rather than admitting her mistake or apologizing, she responded with a rude, disrespectful, and confrontational attitude. Employees should not be removing customers' belongings without permission, and they should certainly not be dishonest or disrespectful when confronted about it. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed appropriately to ensure no other customer is treated this way.

Nice and clean location and the attendant I've dealt with was always kind and professional. Enjoy the capabilities of using an app to pay for the washers and dryer but can still use quarters to pay for getting my laundry. I have not tried their wash and dry service but learned they they pick up and deliver your clothes as well. Definitely good services. The only reason why this gets 4 out of 5 stars is the price. Their largest machine, an 8 load machine is $10 and if you want a full wash with extra rinse they is an addition $1.50. Which is what I use to wash about a week or two worth of laundry. And the dryers run me $1.50 for the large ones. And I split my laundry into two so that is another $3.50. I justify the cost because of the nice facilities, wifi and air conditioning but I will say that if I find a nice laundry mat and at a lower price, I would try them out. In the meantime, I will keep coming here.
