This caused issues for me for other appointments I shifted around. When I expressed my frustrations regarding the time changes, I was told "He didn't have to be lectured "COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! It's not about lecturing it's about learning time management, remember you are running a business and the people you work with have schedules too. Communication was always via text and so I would have to pick the phone up to call once texting kept going back and forth. The one star is for his pricing as they seem to be in line with others. I am all for supporting local shops, but this one will never grow and prosper if they continue to operate unprofessionally.
