His attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism truly stood out. The quality of the work was excellent, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. They had flooring, cabinets, countertops, hardware etc. Jennifer came out and gave an honest opinion of what we could do. She took measurements and said that our granite countertops were good as were our cabinets so we chose to paint our cabinets and add new hardware with several pull out drawers. We also went with newer type flooring they offered. A hybrid core laminate/vinyl. We put flooring throughout the house. This took only 2 weeks and the team was great. Casey the owner, project manager, was on top of everything. We really appreciated that! We couldn't be happier with the final project.

Guess if you don't choose them to your project, then they don't care about professionalism or good customer service. I did call her back and tell her how rude it was for her to hang up on me, and all she says "I thought you were done", when she didn't even confirm she would cancel the appointment, say goodbye, or anything, just click.

Installed new pop up drains in bathrooms, fixed drywall areas that were damaged and replaced toilet valve. Highly Recommend!! 10+ Stars will post photo's at a later date.
