I always respected the owner, Drew Clark, because he fixed every one of my problems quickly and efficiently. Over the past several days, my filter had stopped working properly. I telephoned Drew and left a message. He returned my call in a few minutes and when I told him about the filter, he dropped what he was doing and was at my house within minutes. As in the past, he quickly found the problem, and even discovered other issues that he also resolved. He did all this in roughly 15 minutes. When I offered to pay him for his time, he said it a pleasure to see me again, and would not take my money. In this day and age, for a business owner to do what he did, is astounding and humbling.
