Sparkle came recommended by the previous owner when we bought our home in April 2022. And Sparkle has serviced our pool since then. The guys who do the weekly maintenance keep the pool perfect. They have a high standard and are quite personable. When our sweeper pump failed, John guided us through the warrantee process so we could get a free replacement via the extended warrantee on our system rather than the one on the pump (which had expired.) This saved us over $900. Further, because it was under warrantee, another pool service company that services that vendor got the replacement installation reimbursement from the vendor, not Sparkle. So all good for us, and nothing but a satisfied customer for Sparkle. Sparkle also helped us get automatic cover problems resolved, first by trouble shooting the cover themselves and then guiding us how to work with the pool cover vendor. We did contract with Sparkle to replace our Deck-o-seal when it weathered. They did an excellent job. Bottomline, if you want a high-quality, reliable pool service company that can do the everyday upkeep well and resolve the bigger problems quickly and cost effectively, hire Sparkle Pool and Spa Service. I use to try to take over my pool going to Leslie pools buying all their expensive chemicals to only still have algae the very next day. Ever since Marvin took over my pool it's looks beautiful. Last winter my spa kept turning off Marvin diagnose it (my spa was built in 1999) the last part I had put in it cost me $800.00 dollars for one part. Marvin recommend to rebuild my whole spa for a very reasonable amount. I said let's do it. He called me and told me it would take a couple of weeks to rebuild. One of the motors was back ordered and would take over a week to ship. Marvin made sure he kept me posted on how long it would take. Marvin finished rebuilding my spa even better than before. It's more quiet and the Jets. are working even Better. My spa is running once again. Now I can enjoy both. I enjoy my backyard especially during the pandemic. I recently retired in which I was a Field Engineer for over 35 years. I initially gave it some thought to replace the control pack in my spa on my own. I thought better of it when the replacement control pack arrived. The control pack was an upgrade from the previous pack with additional instructions outlining the installation. I then deciced to engage someone with more experience then myself and I landed on the right guy with Marvin. I could immediately tell that Marvin new what he was doing with the control pack swap. He had my spa (ECOSPA) back up and running with the new control pack within an hours time. I would highly recommend Marvin. Aquapro falsely reported that…read moreI needed "modifications" to install the new filter so that they could charge me out of pocket charges of $500. I had two other contractors give me quotes and state that no modifications are needed. Jason at Aquapro admitted that this is how they make money on customers that the home warranty sends them. They add vague "modifications" that aren't covered to the work-order when nothing actually needs to be modified so they can charge out of pocket charges. I told my home warranty and provided proof from the other quotes I received. Both Aquapro and First American Home Warranty are cheating their customers.
