Mark returned my call the next day and I found them very transparent about their fees and what is covered and what is additional in their various service plans. They also wanted to know about the equipment I had and asked me to send pictures, which I did. The day I sent pictures, Steve stopped by to check out the pool and the equipment and answer any of our other questions. We found that 2 other people on our court were already their customers even though we are 10 miles from their business.
