To be honest, we visit each time we're in the area but there's not many stores we would shop at. It's just fun to peruse and window shop here. It is a pretty dated mall but people love it. We tried the food court a few times and the food here is okay but you'll probably do better venturing to eat outside. Overall, a fun place to pass the time and a centre for community.

Alright, so we ordered this $500 bed and we waited like 3 weeks for it. Great. We didnt mind even…read morethough my mum had to sleep on a cardboard makeshift bed while waiting for the damn thing. We ordered 3 more things which were all in stock. Then when the bed finally came, we had to wait another week for them to arrange delivery, which was only once a week. The delivery guy finally came and he was pretty nice, but apparently, not only had they gotten our number wrong, the delivery only had 1 item, instead of the 3 more important and more expensive ones that we were waiting for (these items were all fully paid about a month or less previously). When I called, they even brazenly said "I think we did the right thing...". And previously when I called to check on the order status- like when the bed is going to come, they were impatient and rude and even though they said they would update us when the bed is arriving, they didn't. I was actually really patient up till the point of delivery. After that, I just lost all my patience with this place. I'm not going to wait one more week for this. This has been such a disappointment. And even the shoe rack we bought with them was of really really poor quality. I mean the holes were not even in line AT ALL. I get when some places have customers that leave dissatisfied, I mean, you can't please every one. I guess I was just really unlucky, but the lack of organisation and the insincere service I received really makes me want to give them a one star. But some of the items I ordered I like it quite abit but the whole experience is just extremely disappointing. I would just stick to IKEA. I'm done. To think I give Subway 4 stars.

There are only two staff members working there and i think efficiency can be improved? One of them was doing the preparations for the food ordered and washed whatever was in the sink while the other one just stood there. Seriously, it's supposed to be fast food style and the customers all waited quite a while for the crepes or drinks. Other than the slow service, the crepe was not bad, although once upon a time I recall there was more filling inside the crepe.
