As it goes being a parent I was trying to do too many things at once and life happens. I showed up bright and early, his team took a look at my car, did a test drive and fixed my issue all under an hour! Hrant let me know that the issue was a loose nut that could have lead to a dangerous situation on the road. They fixed things up and charged a very fare rate given how quickly they got me in, addressed the issue and how good the customer service was. I was looking for a new mechanic and thankfully it seems like I found my guy! I absolutely can not thank these guys enough. I will be back and you should absolutely come through too.

I needed my radiator, thermostat, and hoses replaced in my older vehicle. Crown City Tire quoted over $1k for the work. I called two other highly rated auto repair shops and was quoted $800 and $775. After the repairs were complete and having picked up my car, my stereo no longer worked - it absolutely worked previous to my bringing to Crown City. My clock was reset so it was apparent the electrical system had been touched. Crown City rep said "I can say with certainty we did not break your stereo". I said, "I can say with certainty you did". They said it was "coincidence" and took no responsibility. Over priced and no accountability or ethics.
