Wow. Probably one of the best pizzas I have EVER had. Honestly. I love that I can choose what I want on my pizza, without the extra charge for each topping. We've ordered pizzas twice now and both times they arrived quickly and were hot. We love all of the toppings that we can choose from, and still only pay one low price. We always order thin crust pizzas, and we normally are disappointed to find that the crusts are soft and soggy. This is the only pizzeria that we've ordered pizza from that delivers pizzas with thin crusts that are firm and slightly crisp on the edges. Perfection! read more

I've tried most of the small design your own pizza spots in Temecula. i enjoyed all of them but this one is the best. They all do just about the same thing, fresh dough that they press and poke. I get mine with the butter on it before anything else. The tomato sauce is the best one locally IMO. You can load it up with a wide variety of toppings and it's cooked and ready in about 10 mins or so. I like the location and the feel of the place, it's nothing special and yet that's what makes it special. It's chill. The owner is there quite a bit and friendly. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. The quality is all as good as it gets for a place like this. I do enjoy Pieology and love their thick crust, but there is something intangible here that leads me to choose this place over Blaze or Pieology in Temecula. read more

This was not what I expected. I was looking for "more". My first thoughts.. I think the way they advertise this place is wrong. The sign says "Where you make it, and we bake it!" This sign tells me that we get to sit a a table and "top" our pizza then you come take it and bake it." Right? Well, we decided to try this place with our kids. As I approach the resturant, I notice the place was quiet. We enter and only one family was in the resturant. Not a bad thing, but not sure it's a good thing. I'm not seeing what I expected. I wanted to see pizza building stations with lots of toppings similar to when you're getting FroYo. However.. Its like subway, where you can see options of veggis, meats, cheese and sauce.. I was extremely displeased to find out that what they mean by you make it means you decide what's on it. Which confuses me because they had roughly 7 pizzas they make or choose your topping. I thought all pizza spots were like that? I mean. Every joint I've been to has had that option, but I have not seen advertisement stating you build your own.. Also, the lack of crust options and pizza size. The dough is available in gluten free in addition to your average pizza dough. They only make thin crust. And the pizza only comes in a 11". The pizza guy said that one pizza will feed two. I don't know what kinda two he's talking about but it was not enough for two adults. The pizza was good. Price was not bad. Great little pizza restaurant. My son has a dairy allergy and Vail carries dairy free cheese. This is one of our favorite places to go to eat since we aren't having to make multiple requests on food substitutes due to his allergy. This is definitely one of the finest pizza establishments in Riverside County. Today was the first time I have ever experienced a restaurant quite like this. The endless amount of toppings is inspiring. I consider myself quite a foodie & a deep dish enthusiast. I am absolutely blown away by the quality of the food, and most importantly the staff. The workers tonight were phenomenal and very professional. For instance, one worker in specific (I believe his name was Emon) made the dining experience once in a lifetime. I love the idea of this pizza place. You can build your own 8-piece, thin-crust pizza and have different doughs, sauces, and tons of fresh veggie and meats to choose from, all for one low price. I like that they cook it there too, unlike papa murphys where you have to bring it home and cook it. My problem is the customer service and the execution of the pizza. There is a lady that we've encountered on both visits that comes across as rude, though I think she is really just rushed and busy at times, and the food is ok but could be so much better. First time, our veggie pizza was soggy and they forgot to put sauce on the pepperoni pizza. They were super busy so we decided to give them another shot. Next visit, we were the only customers, yet our crust on both pizzas was burnt. It's a little hard to defend them here, when they make the same size pizzas day in and day out, the time it takes to cook the pizza doesn't change so it's obvious someone left them in a little too long. But to serve them burnt, probably knowing well enough because it's hard to not notice the smell of burnt food, instead of remaking them was questionable. We will give them one more shot and then onto the next, pizza shops are a dime a dozen here. read more

Heed the other reviews about being slow and disorganized. Should have realized it was going to be bad when I placed the to go order over the phone and the lady said "we will call you when it's ready." I show up 30 mins later and they haven't even started the pizza yet. She was very nice but obviously short handed, and said she would start the pizza in ten mins. Ten mins. later, hadn't started yet, so we cancelled the order. The line was out the door and only two people working the whole place. Guess they have great pizza, but who wants to deal with that. read more
