I found Vahan Plumbing on Yelp when I needed to replace my garbage disposal. After exchanging a few messages and reading reviews, I decided to go with Vahan for the job. He is a true professional--a gem in the plumbing trade--and his prices were very reasonable. It was fascinating to watch him work, and he cleaned up everything completely once the job was done. I highly recommend him. Thanks Vahan plumbing read more

Trustworthy. Clear about what the issue is and what the solution is. Price was what was quoted. Solved the issue the day they arrived. And a very nice person. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - Jeff read more

Vahan is an excellent plumber! We hired him twice in September 2026 to address a couple issues at the apartment. He arrived on time, maintained constant communication, provided a reasonable price for the job, and acted in a professional manner. I highly recommend his services. read more

There's a reason why Vahan has a 5 star rating because he's the best! I had a second floor bathroom leak over the weekend that was dripping down to the garage ceiling. It's almost impossible to get a Sunday appointment but Vahan saved the day! 30 minutes after our call he was already at my house getting started on repairs. Water leaks are scary and if you don't get it fixed quickly it can lead to all kinds of additional work and possibly mold. Vahan figured out the issue so fast and his quality of work and prices were so good I had him do additional work on two other bathrooms to prevent similar problems in the future. These big home builders like to use cheap parts and cut corners to save a couple bucks which is what caused the leak. Vahan stands by his work and I will only call on him for any future plumbing problems! read more

Found the local plumber I'll be using for my jobs moving forward. Vahan went above and beyond with what I requested of him (air gap install, plumbing change of flexible piping and hot water valve connection/install to my new dishwasher). He changed out my old brass drain (which I knew needed changing) without me asking to make everything look and run smooth. Didn't even charge me extra for this part. His prices are actually reasonable compared to many of the other guys out there. read more

I originally needed to fix a leaky bathroom faucet and two stop valves and Vahan was so affordable! Then I was like, wait a sec, do I get a bundle deal if you can change out my kitchen faucet too? So not only was he reasonably priced to begin with, but he went MUCH lower when I added in more. There's a famous saying that you have 3 choices when it comes to construction or repair - you can only choose 2: Do you want it cheap? Fast? Good? He actually nailed all three. That's a first. I and my family will be going to him for plumbing from now on! read more

I had a clogged mainline and I contacted Vahan at 10:30 pm. He promptly got back to me and was out before 10:00 am the next day. He explained to me my options. I had him auger out the line. He also suggested getting it scoped to see the actual problem. He gave me an estimate on replacing affected area. So I have a great baseline on how to proceed next. What he did is only a temporary fix as the roots will come back. I now have a few weeks to figure out my next move. Thank you Vahan read more

This is a genuine rating solely based on my personal experience with a kitchen faucet replacement. Vahan and his team are easy to work with and the quality of their work is great. What was great was how transparent he was and communicated timing well. I will be reaching out to Vahan from now on for future plumbing jobs. I would recommend those people who are looking at reviews to support Vahan as he delivers the same quality of work as these larger corporation but with a more approachable attitude and competitive pricing. read more

We've now used Vahan Plumbing twice. The first time was to replace our home water pressure gauge. The second time we had them come out to install a waterline to connect our fridge ice maker. Each time the work has been done quickly, professionally and pricing that was listed up front. Would highly recommend, and look forward to using them again! read more

Vahan did an excellent job. He was great at communicating with me throughout the entire process. He quoted a fair price and kept me informed as issues arose. I messaged Vahan on a Saturday morning at 7 am. He responded in 2 minutes. I let him know that I was trying to install a new kitchen sink, but my water supply line shut off valves were leaking, and he gave me a reasonable quote over the phone and he was at my place in 30 minutes. He took off his shoes before entering my place, and was respectful and professional. The entire job took about 2 hours which included a trip to the local hardware store for valves. He tested the new faucet and inspected for leaks. Then, he found another leak, which he fixed for free. I wrote him a check and he was on to the next job. Simple, safe transaction, and I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs. Thanks, Vahan! read more

I'm calling Vahan again to service my water heater. It was a simple and easy process dealing with him!

I sent out a request for a job late night, Vahan responded almost immediately. I scheduled an appt the next morning, he showed up and was supposed to give me a free estimate. He ended up helping me tighten my lines and leak check. He did more than the "Free estimate" - It was a very small job but he didn't even quote me and didn't batt an eye to do it to help me out. Honorable and truly caring guy. I have his number saved for all my plumbing needs now thank you Vahan! read more

Had leaky faucets in half of the house. Sent a Yelp request for plumber. Got immediate response from Vahan Plumbing. Showed up at my house in less than 2 hours. Vahan did a great job today rescuing my mother after her water was turned off by the city. Her main line had broken and Vahan gave me a very competitive quote to replace her main line and got to work right away. He dug a very clean trench and laid 60 feet of new pipe, added a shut off valve and a new hose bib. The work looked very clean and her water is now flowing with great pressure. She's very happy. Thank you Vahan! read more

In the middle of a kitchen remodel and we needed a plumber asap to lower 2 angle stops in kitchen. Our usual go-to plumber wasn't avail as he was fully booked and we needed this down the next morning before the cabinet guy came back to install. Vahan was very quick to respond, I sent him pics in the afternoon and he said no problem. He came out the next morning, lowered 2 angle stops as needed and his charge was very fair and competitive. Having done angle stop changes before we knew what the going rate was and he was def on the lower end. Recommended. read more

I would like to give Vahan the greatest review I can give. Vahan was contacted thru Yelp. He exchanged with me patiently, even when it took me 12 hours to respond while at work. He came on a Saturday morning to give an estimate. He identified the problem, provided a solution and a fair quote. I gave him the green light and later that day he was back and fixed the issue, a faulty pressure regulator and release valve. We also had a leaking line on a pedestal sink, he fixed it. That wasn't done on Saturday, he came back Sunday morning and fixed it at no charge. Text me before coming, was on time, couldn't ask for more. We have more projects at the house for Vahan, we look forward to working with him again in the coming weeks. We strongly recommend Vahan. read more

I was connected with Vahan through Yelp and he was very responsive and knowledgeable. He came with all the supplies needed and his special tool for shut off valve replacement and got the job done. Will call him again if I run into a plumbing issue. read more

Oh man, my plumbing problems went from bad to worse in a heartbeat. A simple slow drain turned into a trenches sewer line replacement. Vahan came out snaked the drain to no avail. Got a scope, and we found out there were roots in the sewer line. Come to find out that I had damn near 100 year old clay sewer lines that were well past their expiration date. During this entire process, as costs escalated he was clear and communicative as to the problem, showed me the issues, and got authorization before he proceeded. A simple snaking job turned into a $12k ordeal but luckily Vahan and his crew were able to do the entire thing. read more

They responded first to my message for a water heater replacement. The 5 star rating speaks for itself. They arrived on time and replaced the old water heater with new one as described. I was given a few options to choose from prior. For pricing, they will beat anyone in the SFV. Some places would charge up to $2k for a basic 40 gallon swap. Don't bother with that. Give these guys a shot. You will not be disappointed. read more

They replaced my garbage disposal. Later that day when I ran my dishwasher I noticed water squirting EVERYWHERE. One of the guys came back within an hour and said he fixed it. Since then every time we run the dishwasher it leaks all over the counter and sprays under the sink. We didn't notice at first, but it gets worse every time. Now our kitchen is constantly a sopping mess. We also had a slightly damaged cabinet door and they just broke it off and left it. Find another plumber. Not worth the savings. read more

After hours of snaking, plunging and Dranoing my shower drain to no avail, I finally gave up and reached out to a professional. After getting a couple messages back on Yelp, I decided to go with Vahan. He came out at 8:30 at night, used his snake, then his bigger snake and he still couldn't clear it. But he did show up at 9am the next morning and replaced all the outdated plumbing that couldn't be saved. He was in and out in a couple of hours and the shower drains like its never drained before. It also doesn't hurt that he's a very nice dude. read more

This is my Thanksgiving miracle. Last night, my kitchen sink got badly clogged up. Woke up early to try and fix it but to no avail. I searched for plumbers on Yelp and sent out messages to 5 plumbers. Understand that I did this at 530am! At 6am, Vahan responded to me and was in my house within 30 mins. The problem turned out to be worse than I had first imagined but Vahan did everything he could to fix the problem. Not also that it's a holiday and all stores are closed, but he found a way to source all needed supplies to finish the project. On Thanksgiving day. The response time alone, and the promptness of service, would warrant the 5 stars. But the service rendered is truly above and beyond. I very rarely write Yelp reviews but this one is truly deserving. Highly recommended. I will definitely recommend him to all my clients. read more

Put out a call on Yelp to repair a pipe that feeds my tub. Vahan Plumbing was the only company that gave me a quote over the phone. Had me send them some additional photos before quoting. These guys were responsive and were at my house within hours. These guys did the small things that show they value their customers. Tightened some of my work and installed new fixture even though it was not part of their job. Very nice guys that explained exactly needed to be done. They even reminded me that the quote was $100 less than I thought. Would call them to fix my repair work again. read more

Fast and responsive. The previous plumber said I had a PSI problem, that it was too high and that the property was at risk.
