Sam's quote is just the labor, so you are not charged a markup on your quote for any material cost. He was very detailed and meticulous in his work, and always asked for direction since he wanted to make sure we're happy with the result. He also helped us install some new smart switches which a couple of them did not work as expected. However Dimitri worked tirelessly and really tried to get them to work. In the end we found an alternate solution that satisfied our needs. Dimitri was very pleasant to work with. He was responsible and kept his word on what he can or cannot deliver.
