Would not recommend Rigo or use him again. He came out, provided the quote, guaranteed the workmanship, and then hired someone else to complete the work. The person he hired even advised me that Rigo supplied very cheap paint for the project. Sure enough, only a few months later, my gate started rusting. I reached out to Rigo about six months after the project was completed, and he told me I would need to have it painted again -- meaning he wanted to charge me a second time. This was not a cheap job, and the quality of work was nowhere near acceptable. The paint was poor quality, overspray got on the sidewalk and even on my cars, and overall the project was not completed to proper standards. Please save yourself the headache and look elsewhere read more

The level of service was awesome. Had them come out for a bathroom face lift. They did an excellent job. They did such a great job, that I will be having them back for future projects. I am hoping they offer a lot of services as I intend on using them for all my projects going forward. They came in at a great price, and did a great fast job. Only took them one day to paint, put in a shower door, put in a what like to call a "fart fan" lol. Along with a new light fixture, new base boards, as well as fixed the damaged dry wall/plaster that was damaged from moisture. My only 2 complaints is 1.communication could be better and more efficient. 2. Inform the customer of everything needed and required by the customer for the job. Other than that. Highly recommend!!! We needed to get our garage finished to be able to eventually have an extra office space / home gym. I went on Yelp and request for some quotes and Rigo was the first to respond! He came out to take a look at what needed to be done and gave us a very fair price!! He also said it would take his team between 7-10 days to complete. I needed my bathroom ceiling repaired, after having a new ceiling exhaust fan installed that left a big hole in the ceiling. And I had some small holes in my living room wall that needed to be patched. Finally, I had some damage to the wall around my living room window that needed repair as well. Had HVAC recently installed which left a gaping hole in my wall where the old heater was removed and also the hvac installer left a crack on the ceiling from cutting at the wrong place to install the vent. *Everything is mostly still good but since the work has completed I've noticed some problem areas like the bullnose tile used to cover gapes in the C- tiling job in the shower and a ceiling crack reappearing which means it was not taped.(update 2/21) Still would recommend Rigo. read more

Murillo got back to me very quickly for a quote and then was able to book the work with only a few days' notice, which was great and much appreciated. The quality of the work was very good. There was a bit of mis-communication of some paint locations, but was remedied quickly without question. The crew did the whole job in one (long) day which was great, but it did mean the cleanup phase with a bit short-changed, so there was quite a bit of dust left behind. The only other concern I have was that the foreman of the crew more or less neglected to wear a mask. For an interior paint job like this with my family in the house, I really would have appreciated more attention to Covid safety. Their price was reasonable, not stellar, but fair and all the work got done to my satisfaction very quickly. Would be 5 stars if their crew was better about Covid safety in these crazy times. read more

Don't waste your time with Murillo's Home Remodeling. Needed drywall replaced and finished throughout the house. The first sign was when Rigoberto agreed to purchase materials for the job and have us reimburse him so that we wouldn't be making repeated trips to Home Depot for every little thing. When the receipt comes, there are items listed that never made their way into our house, as well as equipment (did not agree to pay for equipment) that he expected us to pay for. Not only did he want us to pay for equipment a so-called drywall installation company is supposed to have, he tried to make us to pay for some materials toward another person's job as well. Then came the first agreed upon payment. This past Saturday, Rigoberto attempted to get $3500 on a $4500 job after five days of work with the job not even halfway done. After agreeing to $1200 as a more appropriate initial payment and providing a proper invoice, he left our house and received payment shortly after. His workers followed him out the door soon after without saying anything which I thought was strange because they had always let us know when they were leaving for the day the last five days. Rigoberto calls later in the evening that same day to say that the initial payment agreed upon before he left earlier in the day was not enough money and he needed more or else his workers were not coming back to finish the job they had already started. He claimed his workers (only two that actually performed labor) were sad that they did not receive enough money for the work they had already done, but what we believe happened was Rigoberto pocketed the majority of the money after doing none of the labor and gave his two workers the bare minimum. I believe he told his workers to leave abruptly this past Saturday and not come back to hold us up for more money upfront. All of this is indicative of dishonest and shady business practice and I urge everyone considering using them to work on your home to proceed with caution. He expects you to trust him with most of the money up front for the job based on his positive reviews online, but he showed us the exact reasons why we couldn't put full trust in him. He attempted to charge us for additional materials and equipment. He reneged on the terms of payment. And he pulled his workers from a job that wasn't finished. He did exactly what we feared he'd do, took our money and left us with an unfinished job. read more
