Arthur's team did a great job of not just finishing the space into my converted office, they also lift the roof, matching the paint on the exterior so it looked totally seamless. I had no idea it would be so hard to find someone to fix doors in a city of millions until I needed it. I contacted a number of very highly rated door repairman that I found on Yelp. High ratings, numerous ratings. It was hopeless. They either wanted a small fortune to come out for an estimate or acted like it was our privilege that they called us back at all. Desperate, I took a shot on L5, they had great ratings, but not many. It was a great experience from the beginning. I got a phone call right away from the owner, then Diego, our technician called us shortly after that to schedule. He was able to come on a Sunday morning. He showed up early, and was courteous and professional. The estimate was free, and he gave us a very fair quote. We were able to schedule the service for a Wednesday after work. Diego and his coworker showed up early again, and completed their work within the estimated time. Our door works. For the first time since we've had the house, the front door doesn't stick, and I don't have to tackle it like a football player to shut it. The lock was perfectly realigned, and we are very happy with the entire experience.

So we decided to contact Howard for general contracting again. He guided us through the whole process. Howard was a total professional. He is patient, creative and so knowledgeable- and truly wants his client to be totally satisfied. I don't think anybody could ever say that planning a kitchen it's not stressful. However, I never got stressed with Howard! We met a number of times, often tweaking and modifying the plan and design of our new kitchen until both of us were confident we had everything we wanted. The entire process from start to finish was made to be as painless as possible. I am a bit over the top when it comes to details and Licensed Contractor Howard and project manager were extremely detail oriented, so we are "fit" They remove all old cabinets from the kitchen and particularly finished all demolition works very quickly. So, I would like to say that Howard Construction team completed such a very professional job with flooring! Our new hard wood floor looks amazing! Also our project included installation of dishwasher. Since we never had it on our kitchen they connected the machine to the pipes of the main water supply system. This part is more exited for me and probably for every women in the topic of having dishwasher in the kitchen. We were suggested by Howard that we could installed LED lights to make our kitchen even more modern. However, from the beginning our kitchen remodel project took only 3,5 weeks to complete it all. Can't say enough about design! They didn't just do a great job making our kitchen look beautiful, they and especially they were very fair with their rates and completed the project on time (these are some of the pain points with other contractors I have worked with). If you are looking for any home improvement or home remodeling contractors in LA, look no further. Thank you Howard! We will definitely be working together in future.
