Excellent work and customer service!! Thank you so much for the excellent work! Hired Espinoza's Remodeling to paint a studio and remove popcorn ceiling. They came out for a quote quickly and started the following day. They completed excellent quality work and were super fast! I couldn't be happier. AND they cleaned up before they left. Excellent work, quality job, great value! Highly recommend! read more

Espinoza’s Remodeling - Beautiful smooth white roof and all straight lines on painted walls. Thank you!! - Painters Near Me

The husband and wife team were great. They worked around my schedule and bought construction materials. I just purchased fixtures and tile. They even picked up the big tile from the store for me. They do amazing work and are very flexible. All questions were answered and cost broken-down. I'm very happy with my new bathroom. read more

4/22/22 Update on first review After confronting ricardo at his home, the first thing he said to me was the he was going to fix the problem. Then he started rambling on and on about different things like if I wanted to kick his a$$ to go ahead or to send people to kick his a$$ lol I just want him to fix his mistake. At the end he told me to take him to court because he figured I didn't have the time. But I did, and our court date was two weeks ago and they didn't show up. I got the judgement obviously and him and his wife still ignore my attempts to contact them. I'll continue w the legal procedure then. It's funny, because I would had said nice things about them if this wouldn't have happened. But then again, u really don't know someone until u go through situations. They're out there talking about mechanical leins when they themselves don't play by the rules of the legal system. read more

DO NOT HIRE!! If I can give zero stars I would. I highly recommend you find a different person to do work for you. Ricardo and his wife are not reliable and should not be trusted with work on your house. - Ricardo and his wife left patch work unpainted - Ricardo didn't finish painting the doors - Ricardo did not install the appliances correctly, had to install them myself - unresponsive: they never answer their phone. They said multiple times they would be here the next day to finish up work, and they just showed up when they wanted - They broke my garage door that I had the get repaired - They left the old water heater and trash in my driveway - They installed the sinks water lines backwards! Hot water attached to cold and cold attached to hot. I had to fix these all myself. - They broke multiple blinds when installing them. I seriously contemplated taking Ricardo and his wife to small claims to get my money back for the work they agreed to do, but failed to do. They never came back to address all of the issues I raised with them. I'll never hire them again and I am doing a public service for writing this review. (I'll add photos to help explain.) read more

Ricardo and his wife were lifesavers! I found out that I had to replace a bedroom door with very little notice before a new tenant was scheduled to move in. They were able to show up the same day and install a new door right away. Service was accurate and prompt. They communicated every step of the way, sent me pictures of the completed work and I was able to pay via Zelle. I appreciated the help getting this done at the last minute and look forward to hiring them again for my next project. read more

*****BEWARE of SCAMMERS.....DO NOT HIRE***** Ricardo and Iris are not experienced nor are they professionals. We hired them to do our Bathroom and they botched the job three times. Breaking our inventory of tiles each time. They lied about their experience and did more damage than anything. When we confronted them about the damage they cost us, they became street THUGS! Demanding full payment for incomplete and unfinished work. They are unfair and used threats as a tactic to get payment for work they never did. They threatened to put a mechanical lean on the house. They staged themselves outside our house like thugs and harassed us for days. We had to involve an attorney to get them to back off. After which we never heard from them. They are scammers and thugs!!! read more

Unfortunately, we did not have the best experience with Ricardo and Iris. We initially found out that they are not insured or bonded, but choose them over others given their reviews and being a small business. Initially very responsive and great work in the beginning, but they rushed through the project and were sloppy in the end. They promised to come back for final touch-ups and out of good faith, we gave them the final amount. Turns out this was our mistake. Given two false return times to come finish the job and now they are unresponsive (even answered and hung up on both my wife and me). Please beware before you choose them for your remodeling or house updates. Update: I am being threatened with a mechanical lean after this review. They are welcomed to dispute the facts of this review, but will be met with documentation and proof. read more

Ricardo responded quickly to my request for some baseboard and drywall repair. He showed up on time, was polite, efficient and careful with the work he did. On top of that, he assisted me with fixing a small window that had come off the track, and did that simply out of kindness. I would recommend Espinoza's Remodeling, with no hesitation! read more

They showed up on time, always called/texted me back, gave fair prices. I'm really happy. One thing to note is that the "quote" is more verbal/text message so it's not going to be on letterhead. I didn't ask if they could do that so perhaps for time savings they just simply text my quote to me. Overall though very happy and they're finishing earlier than expected too. They did paint, popcorn removal, and carpet removal as well. read more

Simply put: responsive, good communication and good work. They did some stucco repair that was overdue and did a nice job and were on time. Thank you. read more

We hired them to paint the interior of our condo, strip the popcorn and float the ceiling. We added replacing all our doors, and doing drywall work. They ended up removing our bathroom vanities also. They're doing a great job and at a good value. I highly recommend them. read more

Ricardo and Iris recently finished painting our house, inside and out, along with a CMU wall at the edge of our property. Between their character, professionalism, timeliness, fair pricing, quality of work, and attention to detail, I cannot imagine working with a better duo. They did an exceptional job and I am looking forward to hiring them again for projects in the future! read more

Iris and her partner were easy to reach and showed up right on time to provide a free estimate. I ultimately decided to hire them and they finished my painting job in less than a day and left no mess behind. Iris even ran to Home Depot to pick up additional paint needed on my behalf. They were both friendly and very polite. Iris communicates really well through text which I prefer! read more

Iris and Ricardo did a great painting job for our exterior house. They also helped us in our electrical and bathroom remodeling works. They are very accommodating and the their price is very reasonable and fair. Mike and Emma read more

Espinoza's Remodeling did a great job with the interior paint job I hired them to do. Despite the stressful and small window timeline I had for the job, they were able to accommodate my schedule (and even the last minute changes) and worked to get the job done with delays. I've also hired them to do some other little projects around the house and am confident they'll do a fine job. They are hardworking, efficient, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend their services. read more

We had some dry rot in our 1920's Craftsman home. Espinoza's Remodeling did a great job with the project and even offered to paint it for me after. They wore their masks the entire time and cleaned up as they went. I will definitely hire them for my next project. read more

Terrible "contractor" - NOT LICENSED. Tried to force us to pay for unauthorized work we never agreed to, screwed up electrical wiring which they never should have been doing (causing us to have to enlist assistance of an actual electrician to fix issues), tried to get away with a bs incomplete drywall/painting job by saying that he did not agree to make it "smooth", etc. This NON-CONTRACTOR walked off the job when we called him out for his poor work product. Then, he said he would put a lien out on our house if we did not pay him the out-standing balance (which at that point was less than the amount of damage he did in regard to our electrical system). Are you kidding me? I don't believe any of the good reviews and should have listened to the bad ones because they are spot on. Some people are good at their job and some people are not. These people are absolutely terrible and should be charged with contracting without a license. read more

Extremely responsive team with great value for the work. They are however not licensed or bonded, but do request for a mechanical lien. Based on this technicality, we decided they would not be a good fit for our project. read more

I loved that they had on their mask the entire time. They arrived on time and completed the work in just a few hours; the price was also reasonable. read more

Ricardo and Iris are absolutely fantastic - cannot recommend them enough! Very professional, easy to work with, talented, and met all expectations (Including a tight timeline which is not typical of contractors!) and we are so happy with the work they've done at our house - all at a very fair price (less than we had been quoted by others). We originally hired them to paint our exterior, and we liked them so much, when we wanted to build a deck we asked if they could do it - and sure enough, they did an excellent job!! we will be hiring them to do all work at our house, moving forward! What an incredible improvement they've made to our home. In addition, due to Covid, they were very mindful of wearing their masks at all times and our family felt very comfortable with them at our house. Lastly, they are very communicative - easy to get ahold of and very responsive, always! We're so grateful to have such wonderful, kind, dedicated, talented professionals helping us create a special home. read more

I had a good experience with this team, they quoted and started the job quickly. Best price by far. I want to give them 5 stars but the person who painted in my home didn't pay too much attention to covering the floor and got paint splatters on the carpet. They were small enough to remove. Iris and Ricardo came to take care of it afterward but I was disappointed because at the start of the job I called out that I had just got new floors and it was important to me to keep them nice. Next time I'll have to keep an eye on the person executing the work. I will be hiring them again for more work in my house. Overall great price for good work! read more

Espinoza's Remodeling just finished painting the exterior of our house, pergola, block wall, and garage. The quality of the prep work was very important to us, and they did not let us down. They spent 2-3 days power washing, calking, and repairing the stucco. They did a great job painting, and they promptly returned to do touch ups when we noticed some locations in need of more paint. Their price was very competitive. I would recommend Espinoza's Remodeling to anyone looking to paint the exterior of their home. read more

Ricardo & Iris did a beautiful job! They repaired baseboard, patched drywall, painted a pocket door and ceiling. Excellent attention to detail and clean. Highly recommend! read more

These guys did a great job for me. I have used them for many house projects including painting, removing the popcorn ceiling, finishing my garage, building small cabinets, mounting TVs, installing lights, etc. They communicate so well and I always felt comfortable and safe having them in my home. They would work so hard and even on Saturdays and Sundays to keep their commitment to my timeline. I would throw new jobs at them along the way and with a smile, they would always help me out. I know I will continue to use them in the future for more house projects. Don't hesitate:) read more

Ricardo and the lady (sorry didn't get her name) did a great job painting, they were among the lowest price I found and with the fastest response, they had their shoes covers and masks on, and communicated well. They painted and patched my walls and was willing to help change my bathroom vent. Will definitely recommend their service ! read more
